Awesome Look for Your F150's Rear End in a Drop-In Package
Even with their redesigned looks, the base halogen taillights on the 2015 to 2017 F150s without Ford's BLIS system aren't much to write home about. Their bland red color and low light output can really cramp your F150's style, which is why our friends over at Recon Lighting designed these awesome smoked LED taillights for the 2015 to 2017 F150s. Each of these taillights has a smoked lens with dual LED "C-Ring" strips and LED lighting for their signals that adds a unique look to your truck while helping you get an aggressive, murdered-out look in practically no time. The LED taillights drop right into place of stock halogen taillights on trucks not equipped with Ford's BLIS system without modifications.
Smoked Lenses with LED Signals and C-Strip Running Lights
Recon's Smoked LED Taillights preserve all of the function of your F150's stock taillights, all while completely changing their appearance for a unique and custom look for your F150. Instead of standard halogen bulbs, Recon's taillights use a 3x4 grid of LEDs for your truck's signaling, that's complimented by a pair of diffused LED C-Strip running lights in each taillight. The taillights have smoked lenses that give your truck a darker and more aggressive look that better blends in with murdered out or dark styling themes. Each taillight accepts your truck's factory reverse bulb, though they can also accept most aftermarket LED reverse lights. The lights drop into place of stock and come with installation instructions.
For F150s with base halogen taillights only: these taillights will only fit an function properly on F150s that came from the factory with base halogen lights. They will not work as replacements for F150s that came with LED lights or trucks that have Ford's BLIS blind-spot warning system.
Recon's Warranty: Recon offers a 90-Day Limited Warranty for manufacturing defects, including condensation. These lights do have a breather vent that allows for pressure changes, which can trap some amount of moisture and cause condensation problems. Many of high-quality performance parts and accessories require freight shipping due to their size, bulk, or manufacturer's preferences. Freight shipping is only available to the Continental United States (AK, HI, Puerto Rico, etc. are not able to order items that ship via freight service). It takes roughly one to three days for Stage 3 to process a freight order and carefully prepare your order for transit. After our freight carrier picks up the product, a Stage 3 representative will email you tracking information for your order.
Once your shipment has arrived in your general area, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule the actual delivery. Most freight companies can only schedule for a particular day and not a specific time, because of their volume of deliveries.
After your order is delivered, it is extremely important to completely inspect your package and items for damage before signing the Bill of Lading while the delivery personnel are still there. You are solely responsible for thoroughly inspecting your items before signing any documentation. Carefully note any damage to your items or anything unusual on the Bill of Lading. Keep a copy of your papers and contact Stage 3 immediately if there is any damage or irregularities. Damage caused by transportation qualifies you for a refund and/or replacement only if any and all damage is properly documented on the Bill of Lading.
Please keep all of the item's original packaging for up to 30 days in case your product needs to be returned. All damage claims will need to be processed by our Returns Department and require clear photographs of the damage to your parts.
Some of our products are so large that they require the use of a lift gate or dock to effectively unload. Unfortunately, we can only offer free shipping to business addresses with those products. All orders that contain products that require a business address for free shipping will be checked, and if a residential address has been selected as the shipping address, that order will be held until we contact you to either change the address or elicit further payment for delivery to a residential address.
