No More Hood Prop Rod
The stock hood prop is clunky, inefficient and tends to just get in the way more often than not. The QuickLIFT ELITE series of hood struts from Redline Tuning are one of the best, most cost-effective ways of eliminating the factory hood prop while gaining all of the functionality that you expect from a complete strut system. Two gas-springs lift and hold your aftermarket hood
without the need for a poorly placed prop-rod. Simply start to lift your hood and the QuickLIFT system's progressive gas springs take over. Your aftermarket hood will lift and hold firmly at the raised position - no wind or bumping will knock it down on your head while you're working on your engine.
The QuickLIFT ELITE kit uses a pair of gas-charged spring struts located as close to hood hinge as possible to minimize wear on both the hood and hinges. The ELITE-Series struts come in an upgraded 316L Stainless Steel finish
with black powder-coated hardware. The gas springs slow down the extending rate, allowing for a fluid lifting process that creates a gentle opening and closing of your Mustang's hood. Redline designed their QuickLIFT ELITE kits to work with most aftermarket hood, but will not be a proper fit for stock hoods. Every kit comes with a full-color installation manual and hardware.

Many of high-quality performance parts and accessories require freight shipping due to their size, bulk, or manufacturer's preferences. Freight shipping is only available to the Continental United States (AK, HI, Puerto Rico, etc. are not able to order items that ship via freight service). It takes roughly one to three days for Stage 3 to process a freight order and carefully prepare your order for transit. After our freight carrier picks up the product, a Stage 3 representative will email you tracking information for your order.
Once your shipment has arrived in your general area, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule the actual delivery. Most freight companies can only schedule for a particular day and not a specific time, because of their volume of deliveries.
After your order is delivered, it is extremely important to completely inspect your package and items for damage before signing the Bill of Landing while the delivery personnel are still there. You are solely responsible for thoroughly inspecting your items before signing any documentation. Carefully note any damage to your items or anything unusual on the Bill of Landing. Keep a copy of your papers and contact Stage 3 immediately if there is any damage or irregularities. Damage caused by transportation qualifies you for a refund and/or replacement only if any and all damage is properly documented on the Bill of Landing.
Please keep all of the item's original packaging for up to 30 days in case your product needs to be returned. All damage claims will need to be processed by our Returns Department and require clear photographs of the damage to your parts.
Some of our products are so large that they require the use of a lift gate or dock to effectively unload. Unfortunately, we can only offer free shipping to business addresses with those products. All orders that contain products that require a business address for free shipping will be checked, and if a residential address has been selected as the shipping address, that order will be held until we contact you to either change the address or elicit further payment for delivery to a residential address.
