This official ROUSH cold air intake can instantly increase horsepower, torque and fuel economy in one simple installation. ROUSH's cold air kit comes standard with a high performance air filter, inlet tube and specialized air dam that allows your Mustang's 4.0L V6 to bring in the coldest charge air possible and generate more power more efficiently than the stock air box. ROUSH's CAI can increase airflow up to 400CFM over stock, giving your Mustang's V6 the power it needs. This CAI can add up to 12 horsepower and 9ft/lbs of torque without the need for tuning. This ROUSH cold air intake fits 2005 to 2009 V6 Mustangs as a direct bolt-on in place of the stock air box.
The included air filter is washable and reusable while offering superior filtration characteristics to most aftermarket brands. The filter is manufactured with a hand-poured urethane body and synthetic nano-fibers that trap double the heavy particulates of other filter systems. The cross-linked, polyurethane intake tube provides a smooth, unrestricted flow path. Each air dam is specifically designed to create a tight seal with the hood and fender to keep engine heat away.
