BBK's complete headers and mid-pipe package is one of the best ways to squeeze serious horsepower and torque out of your SN95 Mustang equipped with a 4.6L V8 engine. This kit includes a set of and a that fits perfectly onto the headers and can produce up to a whopping 30 extra horsepower with the proper . Each kits comes with a new set of gaskets, header bolts, and a=pair of that make installation as easy as possible. BBK's ceramic long tube headers and mid-pipe package will fit 1996 to 2004 Mustang GTs fitted with a 2V 4.6L V8 engine.
Both of the included in this kit are carefully designed and constructed to allow for better exhaust outflow than the factory exhaust manifolds, giving your Mustang an excellent horsepower bump. These headers have 1-5/8" primary tubes that are expertly mandrel-bent down into a 2-1/2" collector housing and smooth out the exhaust flow to reduce back pressure. The headers are coated in BBK's unique silver ceramic compound that greatly reduces heat generation and helps prevent corrosion for long lasting, great-looking performance.
are made entirely out of 2-1/2" diameter, mandrel-bent tubing and feature a real X-crossover assembly that promotes excellent exhaust scavenging and more efficient outflow than your factory H-pipe. This mid-pipe completely deletes your catalytic converters to gain extra horsepower at the expense of being for off-road use only. This X-pipe is made specifically for BBK's long tube headers and is a direct replacement for your factory mid-pipe.
