Stage 3 Motorsports shipping and return info
Return Policy:
If you wish to return an item you purchased from Stage 3 Motorsports, you should give us a call, 1-877-5-STAGE3, for return authorization. In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement part, all returned items must be in new condition and in the original box.
Stage 3 Motorsports will refund you for the returned item, less the actual outgoing shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
We only refund items bought on "Clearance" with in-store credit.
Stage 3 Motorsports will NOT accept parts that have been installed, painted, altered, or damaged by the customer.
We do NOT accept: wheels and/or tires that have been mounted, Diablosport tuners, SCT products, or special order items (for example: Painted Parts, Superchargers, Long Blocks, Short Blocks, Crate Engines).
We do NOT accept returns more than 30 days after shipping the order.
The customer is responsible for making sure the parts will work on his or her car before purchasing. If you have any questions about what will and won't work on your car, give us a call, 1-877-5-STAGE3. Our staff are more than happy to advise you on compatibility and fitment issues.
Stage 3 Motorsports is not responsible for any labor costs that accrue as a result of installing incompatible or defective parts. We strongly recommend pre-fitting body parts before painting them.
Payment Policy:
Item must be paid for in full within 5 days of placing an order. We accept Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard.
There is a 3% cancellation fee for orders placed with credit/debit cards.
Any order cancellation must be done over the phone with a Stage 3 Motorsports representative.

Shipping Policy:
Stage 3 Motorsports offers Free Shipping & Handling on all orders heading to the lower 48 states. The price you see on the product listing is the price you pay to have it delivered to you door. Tax will be added to any orders shipped within Arizona.
We use FedEx ground for our free shipping option, but we also offer FedEx express and freight if you would like to upgrade to overnight or 2 day shipping. If you want to upgrade to faster shipping, give us a call, 1-877-5-STAGE3.
Unfortunately, Stage 3 Motorsports cannot offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada at this point in time. If you want to place an order to be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada, just proceed with online checkout as normal, and we will call you with the best shipping price after your order is placed.
We do not ship to APOs. We recommend that service members have their orders shipped to friends or family in the states, and then have them send it on to your APO address.
Stage 3 Motorsports will not require a signature on any package with a retail value under $500. If you want a signature to be required for delivery of an order under $500, you can purchase the optional shipping insurance.
Shipping insurance is $5.00 per order. You will have the option to purchase shipping insurance during the checkout process. Insured orders almost always require that someone sign in order for delivery to be made. If you do NOT buy shipping insurance, your package will not require a signature and could be left outside your door.
Here at Stage 3 Motorsports, we pack every box with care to ensure that every part you order arrives in great condition. In most cases we ship parts in the manufacturer's original box.
If we do not have a product you order in stock, we will place it on back order or have it drop shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. There is no additional charge for drop shipping, it is just something we do to fill your order in the most efficient and timely manner possible. This also means that if you ordered multiple products, you may receive more than one package. You will be notified of any changes to your order's shipping status either by phone or email.

» How do I return a Product?to Return a product you need to call us at 623-434-5277. We will give you an RMA number and issue you a refund minus the outgoing shipping fees that we were charged. We must recieve the product in good shape. » Does My Package Have to Be Signed For?If the item we are shipping is under 500.00 in value your item will not have to be signed for. Sometimes on large boxes or expensive items Fedex requires a signature. If you have to have your package signed for please note that on the order notes section. » If an item is backordered how long before it ships?If we have an item out of stock we have most likely already placed an order with our supplier for the item. We try to fill all back orders ASAP. Most backorders last less than two weeks. If you need a more concrete date please feel free to give us a call. » Freight Shipping PolicyPlease inspect your item upon delivery in presence of the delivery team, at least in general. Please note on the bill of lading for anything you notice that is unusual or damaged and keep a copy of the paperwork. Contact our customer service right away if assistance is needed. Even if the box has no sign of serious damage the customer is still responsible to inspect the item prior to sign the delivery receipt. Once you have signed for an item, and not marked it as damaged, there is nothing we can do to get you a new part.
In case of damage in transit, return and replacement are only eligible when proper notations are made to the Bill of Lading. Please keep your original packaging for 30 days, and the item will need to be wrapped and packaged properly in case of replacements. All damage claims sent to our returns and replacement departments must be accompanied by a picture of the damage. » Do you ship to Canada?We do ship to Canada. Shipping to canada is not free and can not be calculated on our website. We charge all duties, taxes and shipping charges upfront. Please call us for your Canada shipping quote.
» What Quality are the prepainted parts?The quality of paint work is somewhat determined by the quality of the parts. We use PPG base coat, clear coat system. The parts are color sanded and buffed. Some parts may have small pin holes from the urethane molds. We are willing to repaint parts as l
» What is Stage 3 Motorsports Return policy?All items that are returned will need to be in new condition and in the original box. Parts that are returned in less than new condition will not be accepted by the shipping dept.

» Our StoryStage 3 Motorsports was started in 2003 with a simple webpage selling only Roush Performance Parts. We instantly gained a great customer base, but we were limited by what roush performance offered at the time. To expand the line of mustang products we teamed up with BBK performance parts. BBK helped us to offer a performance line of headers and cold air intakes.
In 2005 Stage 3 signed up to be a Saleen Parts dealer. In just a few short years we have the top saleen dealer in the country. April 2008 saw a new warehouse, larger showroom and the added Installation/Service center. In 2008-2009 Stage 3 Motorsports expanded into a full line of mustang parts and accessories. We still have a huge roush and saleen following, but we havn't forgot about the Mustang GT and Mustang V6 parts.
Our current location has 3 main areas, Retail showroom, Warehouse and install center. We pride ourselves on knowing our products and services. The days of buying from a large box store for specialty mustang products has passed. We specialize in 1979-2012 mustangs. As you can see in our Mustang Project Cars section, we drive mustangs too!
