AFE Intake

This Stage 2 air Intake system produces an astonishing 33 horsepower and 34 lbs/ft of torque and outflows the factory intake by 44%! This intake is the most sophisticated design on the market today. The equal length dual tube design with an H-pipe balance tube increases intake air flow and velocity increasing horsepower and improving throttle response and turbo spool times. Enclosed in a durable 16-gauge heat shield that uses the lower half of the factory air box, two 360 degree conical Pro 5R air filter for maximum flows. The one-piece heat shield requires no assembly and the filter is constructed with 100 percent polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles.

This intake uses a dual intake tube design with an H-Pipe balance tube to balance intake tube pressures and maximize air flow and velocity. This intake utilizes dual oval conical Pro 5R performance air filters for maximum flow. This 5-layer progressive, oiled cotton gauze air filter provides maximum flow for increased horsepower and torque. aFe developed this heat shield to snap onto the top of the lower half of the factory air box to provide a hassle-free installation utilizing factory mounting locations.

Real World Data:

These long tube headers will increase your Mustang's horsepower and torque throughout the entire RPM range and will deliver great American muscle sound when paired with a JBA mid-pipe. These JBA Long Tube Headers will not fit your factory mid-pipe.

1-5/8" mandrel-bent stainless steel primary tubes and JBA's patented FIRECONE merge collector ensure maximum exhaust flow and power. These 2005-2010 Mustang 4.6L long tube headers also feature 3/8" laser-cut flanges for a no-leak fit. Installing long tube headers can take an entire day. All necessary hardware and instructions are included in this kit.

IMPORTANT: BREAK IN NEW BRAKE PADS / ROTORS USING THE PAD BEDDING PROCEDURE AS FOLLOWS. PROPER PAD BEDDING CAN PREVENT ROTOR WARPING. The break in procedure is critical to brake performance. The reason for a proper break in is to establish an even layer of friction material deposited on the rotors from the brake pads. It is very important that this initial layer of friction material is evenly distributed. Break in the pads as follows: 5 moderate to aggressive stops from 40 mph down to 10 mph in rapid succession without letting the brakes cool and do not come to a complete stop. Then do 5 moderate stops from 35 mph to 5 mph in rapid succession without letting the brakes cool. You should expect to smell some resin as the brakes get hot. After this is complete, drive around for as long as possible without excessively heating the brakes and without coming to a complete stop (Try for about 5 minutes at moderate speed). This is the cooling stage. It allows the heated resin in the brake pads to cool and cure. After the brakes have cooled to standard operating temperature, you may use the brakes normally.

This complete cat-back system from ROUSH Performance can deliver massive horsepower and torque gains while boosting fuel economy and giving your Mustang an amazing V8 roar without an annoying cabin exhaust drone. The smooth curves optimize airflow and are less restrictive than the stock exhaust configuration which allows your Mustang to reach a higher power potential.

Quality Construction

The ROUSH Extreme cat-back kit uses precise CNC bending on each of the 2.5" stainless steel tubes to get a smooth mandrel-bend that maintains the internal diameter of each tube. The entire system is made from T304 stainless steel and comes with 4" polished tips embossed with the ROUSH logo. Each kit uses OEM clamps and fits the factory rear fascia. No welding or cutting is required for installation.

A panhard rod improves handling by preventing unwanted movement of your Mustang's suspension system. Your 2005-2013 Mustang GT's stock panhard rod is made with small diameter tubing and uses rubber bushings. BMR's panhard rod addresses the shortcomings of the stock component.

Chrome Moly Tubing

The BMR 2005-2013 Mustang GT panhard rod is made with 1.25", heavy-duty, chrome moly tubing. The rod ends feature durable polyurethane bushings. For easy on-car adjustment, this Mustang panhard bar features CNC-machined 4130 chrome moly adjusters with rolled right and left-handed threads. The rod end spacers are made from 304 stainless steel.

Stay Centered

If you want to lower your Mustang, an adjustable panhard rod is a must. As your Mustang's body rides lower on the chassis, you will need to adjust the panhard rod to re-center the rear end. You cannot do this with the stock panhard rod. Installing an adjustable panhard rod on your Mustang GT will also allow you to fit wider rear tires in your wheel wells.

Your 2005-2013 Mustang GT's stock control arms are not up to the task of performance driving. Bushing deflection combined with control arm flex leads to erratic handling and rear end instability when subjected to the added strains of serious driving. BMR offers a solution: their TIG welded 2005-2013 Mustang lower control arm is built to handle whatever you throw at it. Both polyurethane ends feature a greaseable 90 durometer spiral fluted bushing. BMR's 2005-2013 Mustang GT lower control arm also retains the factory designed rear offset. Some other manufacturer's ignore this detail, resulting in split, binding bushings. This 2005-2013 Mustang lower control arm is available in red or black hammertone (see drop down menu above).

Mustang performance enthusiasts want to know exactly what is going on with their vehicle at all times, but much of the information they want is typically available only through supplemental gauges. Adding gauges can be a hassle. Extra gauges tends to clutter up your Mustang's dash, and installing them typically requires some form of cutting or drilling.

Hold any standard 2-1/16'' gauge

The Roush's 2011-2012 Mustang Vent Gauge Pod cleverly addresses these concerns. Roush designed it to fit into the HVAC vents of your Mustang and securely hold any standard 2-1/16'' gauge.

Install

Installation is simple: just pull out the HVAC louvers and slide this gauge holder into the vent. A version of this part is also available for 2005-2009 Mustangs and 2004-2008 Ford F-150s. See part #403840.

Low profile design

Those concerned that the Roush's gauge holder will obstruct their HVAC vent can rest assured that installing this Mustang interior accessory leads to no significant loss of air flow. It also features a low profile design to blend in well with your 2011-2012 Mustang's interior.

This complete hood scoop kit from ROUSH features their 16-1/2" wide by 27" long hood scoop that's designed to be a retro throwback to Mustangs of the late '60s and early '70s. The look is a perfect match for the Mustang's 5th generation redesign. ROUSH's hood scoop fits 2005 to 2009 Mustangs with the stock hood and no optional factory scoop.

Roush 2-1/16" Mechanical Vacuum / Boost Gauge (White)

This official ROUSH boost gauge is a mechanically operated, nearly universal gauge that can function with any Mustang model year. The gauge features a white face with the ROUSH logo that can read from -30 to 20psi of boost. This ROUSH gauge works with nearly any supercharged or turbocharged application.

This ROUSH gauge fits into the ROUSH Vent Pod System or almost any aftermarket pod system that accepts 2-1/16" gauges. The gauge comes with a all necessary tubing, fittings, hardware and instructions to tap into any model year of Mustang or other vehicle's forced induction system.

Pod Options:

This ROUSH boost gauge does not include a pod. Stage 3 recommends the ROUSH Vent Pod System for the best results.

Each of Coast Driveline's shaft are manufactured out of high-quality T6061 aluminum and are fully rebuidable and balanced. Both the 500 horsepower and 700 horsepower drive shafts fit both stock manual and automatic transmissions.

Lowering Note: Some modifications will be needed to your Mustang's emergency brake cable bracket if you're installing these driveshafts on a lowered Mustang.

• For applications lowered 1-2 inches (standard lowering springs), the E-Brake cable bracket must be moved 1.5 inches away from the driveshaft tunnel.
• For Mustangs lowered 2 inches or more, the E-Brake cable bracket must be relocated as described above, and the two metal flanges must be bent flat or completely removed.

The wiz kids over at TruFiber have done it again, recreating the iconic, mean, and aggressive hood that originally appeared on the Saleen S281 Extreme Mustangs.
