The 2010-2014 6.2L SVT Raptors are mighty machines right off the assembly line, but there's plenty more power and performance hidden away in their big 6.2L V8s that's just waiting to be unlocked with the right combination of performance parts and custom tuning. That's why we here at Stage 3 have put together our Phase 2 Performance Package for the 6.2L SVT Raptors. Each Phase 2 Package includes a highly efficient S&B Cold Air Intake Kit, a BBK 85mm Power-Plus throttle body, and your choice of an SCT X4 Tuner or Livewire TS+ Tuner with powerful custom tuning from 5-Star. The combination of high-quality performance parts and custom tuning gets your SVT Raptor throwing down more horsepower and torque over stock while also saving you time and money.

High-Quality and Highly Efficient S&B Cold Air Intake Kit

S&B's 2010-2014 SVT Raptor Cold Air Intake manages to offer up excellent performance and near-flawless quality. The cold air intake drops right in place of your Raptor's factory intake system and comes with a new filter, air box assembly, and inlet tubing. The air filter included in the kit has a conical, high-flow design and uses an oiled filtration media set in a silicone cap and base which allows it to be washed, reoiled, and reused for the life of your truck. The filter is housed in an air box assembly that helps keep intake noise minimal while still allowing more airflow than the factory air box and air filter. Each intake comes with a complete inlet tube assembly that leads from the filter to your truck's throttle body to deliver a larger volume of air at a faster velocity than stock. The S&B intake includes silicone boots, clamps, instructions, and all the hardware you need.

Large-Diameter BBK Throttle Body

BBK's 85mm throttle body improves airflow even more with it's large diameter and more efficient design than your truck's factory throttle body. Each BBK Throttle Body features OE-style actuators and TPS sensor connector allowing for smooth throttle control and drivability. The large size helps maintain air velocity and volume brought in by your intake to give your engine even more power, more torque and better throttle response. BBK's throttle body is a direct bolt-on replacement for your factory throttle body and it installs perfectly with the intake included in this package for huge gains, especially after being tuned.

Choose an SCT Livewire TS+ OR an X4 Handheld Tuner

This performance package comes standard with an SCT X4 Tuner, but it can be upgraded to the SCT Livewire TS+. The Livewire features a full-color touchscreen display that allows you to easily keep tabs on your F150's engine parameters, check DTC's, and efficiently navigate all of your available custom tunes. It is extremely easy to use and includes a windshield mount, OBD-II cable, and a USB cable to download custom tunes from your home PC.

Select Tunes by Octane and Performance

5-Star's tunes turn up your 2010 to 2014 6.2L Raptor's power by adjusting its fuel curves, ignition timing, fan control, and a ton of other variables so that your truck makes huge amounts of horsepower and torque. 5-Star's custom tuning even takes into account tire size, drivetrain, and axle ratio so that your F150 operates perfectly with your choice of tune. 5-Star's custom tunes are available in several variations for 87, 89, 91, or 93 octane gasoline to give you a wide range of tuning options.

The 6.2L SVT Raptors may come packing more than decent firepower from the factory, but the factory tuning can still make the truck feel a bit sluggish at times, especially on the street in lower RPMs. 5-Star's custom tuning for the 6.2L Raptors helps change that by not only improving peak gains, but providing increased torque all throughout the rev range, especially in the low end where the stock tuning tends to lunk around until 3500rpm. The improved low-end power carries all the way through your Raptor's rev range, giving you more power on tap whenever you need it. 5-Star's test truck put down about a peak 280 horsepower and 300lb-ft of torque to the wheels on its factory tune. With a 5-Star's custom 93 octane Performance Tune, the truck hit a peak 295 horsepower and 320lb-ft of torque. While the peak gains of 15horsepower and 320lb-ft of torque are nice, the low end gains below 3500 rpm spiked up to a whopping 40 to 45lb-ft of torque over stock, which greatly improves the off-the-line performance of your Raptor. For those Raptor owners looking to add long tube headers to your truck, 5-Star's custom tuning has you covered and can add even further gains in both horsepower and torque all throughout the rev range of your monstrous Raptor build.

F150 Lifetime Tunes Program Basically, you'll get free retunes for as long as you own your truck when you buy products that require retuning from Stage 3 Motorsports.

Stage 3's 5-Star Custom Tuning Step-by-Step:
1. Place your order for 5-Star's Custom Tunes.
2. Stage 3 sends you a "blank" tuner without custom tunes.
3. Connect your tuner to your truck and pull its ECU strategy code.
4. Fill out our online tune form with your info.
5. 5-Star creates your tunes, you will be emailed a link to download them.
6. Download 5-Star's tunes to your PC and then load them to your tuner using SCT's Device Updater Software.
7. Load your 5-Star Custom Tune of choice into your F150.

SCT's software is ONLY compatible with Microsoft Windows computers. Once the tunes are successfully loaded onto the tuner, you can tune your truck.
