High-Performance Up-Pipe & Manifold Replacement Kit

BD Diesel's Up-Pipe kit replaces your stock turbo pipes which are narrow and restrictive with high-quality 304 stainless steel pipes featuring larger diameters for free-flowing performance. A widely known issue with the stock up-pipes is that they have a tendency to burn out at their thin-walled elbows due to high engine temperatures. BD Diesel addresses that issue with their own upgraded up-pipes which help prevent burn out and save you money down the road. The kit also includes two (2) BD exhaust manifolds featuring heavy-walled elbow connections to prevent burning out. This BD Diesel Up-Pipe w/ Manifolds kit gives you a set of up-pipes that lead to the included manifolds, helping to clear a larger area for the air to pass through your Super Duty's system.

High-Quality Construction

BD Diesel builds each of these Up-Pipes to increase airflow and improve performance and efficiency in your 6.4L Diesel. The Up-Pipes are manufactured out of 304 Stainless Steel tubing for extended life and long-term corrosion resistance. The larger diameter and smoother bends reduce back pressure and greatly improve exhaust volume and velocity leading out of your turbocharger system. The kit comes with exhaust manifold gaskets, turbocharger pipe gaskets and an A/C offset adapter to eliminate damaging the A/C hose.
