High-Strength, Cast-Iron Construction with Additional Stud Locations and Improved Internal Design

The BD Diesel F150 EcoBoost Exhaust Manifolds feature a high-strength construction and heavily-revised design that gives your truck the reliability and performance it truly deserves. The manifolds are each constructed out of a high-silicone, ductile iron with thicker walls than the factory manifolds. BD Diesel designed the manifolds with three additional stud locations (which the factory heads already have provisions for), giving them 11 stud mounting points versus the stock 8. The additional stud locations give the BD manifolds better support and prevent large movement of material during their heat cycles which greatly reduces the chances of warping. The BD EcoBoost manifolds also have a port-matched internal design with straighter flow paths to the turbo flange mounts that can help give your truck some extra turbo response and performance.
