Built From .275" Thick-Walled Hi-Silicon Ductile Casting

BD Diesel's upgraded exhaust manifold is 75" thicker than stock and far more resistant to cracking and leaking. This manifold kit includes a heavy-duty driver side exhaust manifold built from ultra-durable .275" thick-walled hi-silicon ductile casting to better resist high exhaust temperatures. BD Diesel utilizes computational fluid dynamics to optimize exhaust flow and reduce temperatures. Last but certainly not least, the exhaust manifold is fully EGR-compatible.
