Each Phase 2 Package includes a highly efficient S&B Cold Air Intake Kit, a BBK 80mm Throttle Body and your choice of an SCT X4 Tuner or Livewire TS+ Tuner with powerful custom tuning from 5-Star. The combination of performance parts and tuning gets your SVT Raptor throwing down more horsepower and torque over stock while saving you time and money shopping around.
High-Quality and Highly Efficient S&B Cold Air Intake Kit
S&B's 2010 SVT Raptor Cold Air Intake Kit manages to offer up excellent performance, near-flawless quality, and great price all in one high-quality cold air intake kit. The S&B Raptor Cold Air Intake Kit drops right in place of your Raptor's factory intake system and comes with a new filter, air box assembly, and inlet tubing. The air filter included in the kit has a conical, high-flow design and uses an oiled filtration media set in a silicone cap and base that allows it to be washed, reoiled, and reused. Each intake comes with a complete inlet tube assembly that leads all the way from the filter to your truck's throttle body to deliver a larger volume of charge air at a faster velocity than stock. The S&B intake comes with high-quality silicone boots, clamps, instructions, and all the hardware you need.
Large-Diameter BBK Throttle Body
BBK's 80mm throttle body offers up a great improvement in throttle response with nice gains in power all in one high-quality package that installs directly in place of stock. The BBK throttle body features an opening that's 5mm larger in diameter than stock which allows for a larger volume of charge air to enter your Raptor's 5.4L V8 when you put your foot down, providing excellent response and improved horsepower and torque outputs for your truck. Each BBK 80mm Power-Plus Throttle Body accepts the stock actuators and TPS sensor allowing it to provide near-stock functionality for smooth and controlled drivability.
Complete SCT X4 Tuner and Custom Tune Package
5-Star's custom tuning boosts the power and torque output of your 5.4L Triton V8 while adjusting your Raptor's shift points and shift pressures to get rid of hesitation and hold onto gears longer, using the added power more efficiently. 5-Star's Raptor 5.4L Custom Tuning offers up some of the best bang-for-your-buck performance gains on the market and can noticeably improve the drivability of your truck. You get your choice of up to
five 5-Star Custom Tunes in your choice of style and fuel octane, as well as SCT's canned performance tunes on your X4 device.

5-Star's tunes turn up your 2004 to 2010 F150 5.4L's power by adjusting its fuel curves, ignition timing, fan control, and a ton of other variables so that your truck makes huge amounts of horsepower and torque. 5-Star's custom tuning even takes into account tire size, drivetrain, and axle ratio so that your F150 operates perfectly with your choice of tune. 5-Star's custom tunes are available in several variations for 87, 89, 91, or 93 octane gasoline to give you a wide range of tuning options.
While 5-Star's 5.4L F150 V8 custom tuning does increase the power output of your truck, the tuning has also been carefully crafted to add power where it counts and make up for some of the weak areas of the stock engine management software. 5-Star's 2005 F150 5.4L test truck managed to put down a peak of 211 horsepower and 245lb-ft of torque with its factory tune. Using a 5-Star 87 octane Performance/Tow tune, that same F150 threw down an impressive peak
235 horsepower and 290lb-ft of torque, a gain of
24 horsepower and 45lb-ft of torque. More importantly, that 18% torque gain came in much earlier than stock and stayed throughout the middle RPM range, right where the 5.4L V8s tend to fall flat with the factory tune. Keep in mind, that the dyno graph above was with 87 octane fuel. With either 91 octane or 93 octane, your own truck can see even more impressive gains!

Off-Road Exhaust Systems: 5-Star can no longer provide custom tuning for off-road exhaust systems that delete catalytic converters. 5-Star can only tune for catted exhaust systems. However, 5-Star WILL NOT disable your rear oxygen sensors, which may result in a check engine light.
