Do these mudflaps work with Bushwacker fender flares? If so, do I need to choose the "factory fender flare" option?

These mudflaps will work with Bushwacker fender flares and most other factory fender flare options. You'll want to choose the option based on whether or not your truck came with OEM flares or not, as that effects the mounts. While the mudflaps will fit, you'll likely have to partially uninstall your truck's fender flares in order to fit on the mudflaps, since they use some of the same mounting points.
