Powerful, Dependable BorgWarner Replacement Turbocharger

The 6.7L Powerstroke is a competent diesel engine, but your hard-working 2011-2016 Super Duty deserves something that can handle a bit more power. That's where this H&S Motorsports Single Turbo Kit comes in, featuring an upgraded BorgWarner SX-E turbocharger unit with a 69mm billet inducer. This replacement turbo kit can safely support up to 750 WHP, plenty capable of running some pretty serious PCM tuning and bolt-on performance parts. The large 73mm turbine wheel helps to achieve lower drive pressure, lower EGTs, and more horsepower and torque along the power band. H&S saw an average drop in peak EGTs of 200 degrees in testing.

This H&S Motorsports replacement turbo for the 6.7L Powerstroke comes with everything you need in one kit. That includes two exhaust manifolds and a turbo pedestal, both masterfully engineered here in the USA from the finest materials for maximum reliability in all weather conditions. The manifolds accept exhaust gas temperature sensors, factory and 1/8" npt. The manifolds also feature a location to install the OEM exhaust back pressure sensor. Premium laser-cut mounting brackets, silicone couplers, and all necessary components, hardware, seals, and gaskets are provided to make installation as easy as possible. Along with the vastly improved BorgWarner SX-E turbo, the provided 2-piece downpipe allows for consistent, uninterrupted airflow for maximum power potential. A 360-degree thrust bearing assembly is standard on all BorgWarner SX-E turbocharger units, ensuring long-term reliability.

Note on Wastegate Provision: The HSM driver's side exhaust manifold is machined to accept a wastegate. H&S recommends cutting a hole into the downpipe and building a pipe to connect the wastegate outlet directly into the downpipe. You can also let the wastegate dump to atmosphere if you don't have any means of welding/fabricating.
