Took about 15 mins to install. You need to, the factory hose is shit. If it blows up, which it will eventually. You're stuck. Order this, it's worth it!

2017 f350 dually

this is a great replacement to the stock intercooler tube. i use the truck for pulling are camper & boat. didn't like the plastic connection on the stock part. this is a great improvement.

2017 F250

Purchased this after mine split at 46000 miles. Took a bit to figure out what was wrong since the split was under another line and I couldn't see it. Ordered the part was here the next day, about a 15 min install, and fairly simple. Like the rigidness seems like the air would flow better and I'm sure it does, I'm just glad to get my power back.

Don’t wait for yours to fail

My factory pipe failed while driving on the freeway, unloaded, with only 26k on the truck. Instead of replacing with another factory part, I decided to upgrade to the H&S. The install is pretty straight forward, and the pipe is incredibly more robust than the factory part. I ordered on Monday, the part showed up at my house on Wednesday with their free shipping, no complaints!

Why does this one, not require a tune and the other H&S silicone piping does?

This version keeps the stock throttle body/throttle valve, while the version that requires tuning deletes it, which necessitates tuning.
