These BDS UCAs combine an extremely strong tubular steel construction with an uprated MOOG Ball Joint that's more durable than the stock ball joint. The joint is installed in an indexed housing that allows for more deflection and articulation than stock that makes it perfect for Rangers equipped with 2-3.5" suspension lifts, including strut spacers, replacement struts, or a coilover kit. The BDS UCAs drop right into place of your Ranger's stock upper control arms, making them a hassle-free upgrade to your truck's suspension. An integrated mounting tab for factory ABS lines ensure that you will not have to zip tie the lines, which is the case for many other UCAs on the market.

Strong Tubular Steel Construction w/ Uprated Ball Joint and Rubber Bushings

The BDS UCAs manage to provide more strength and durability than the factory control arms, all while keeping your Ranger's ride clean and quiet, even in aggressive applications. The control arms are made out of 1.5" diameter mandrel-bent tubular steel with .120" wall thickness and a semi-gloss black powder coat finish, which makes them much stronger than the factory stamped steel upper control arms. The control arms are built around an uprated MOOG ball joint in an indexed housing that allows for slightly more travel and articulation than stock while helping the UCAs avoid spring contact and keeping the ball joint in position with leveled applications. The ball joint is replaceable, and uses an extremely common MOOG part number that's easy to find. The control arms use high-durometer rubber bushings for their body mounts which are quieter and more reliable than polyurethane bushings.

For aluminum spindles only: these UCAs will only fit Rangers with cast aluminum spindles, and will not fit Rangers with cast iron spindles. Please verify your truck's spindle/knuckle type before ordering.

Will not fit Raptors: these UCAs will not fit overseas Ranger Raptors.

Wheel Backspace Requirements: these UCAs will fit on factory Ranger wheels with up to a 285 wide tire, and will require a wheel with a maximum backspace of 6.7" to clear a 285 wide tire.
