These BDS UCAs combine an extremely strong tubular steel construction with an uprated MOOG Ball Joint that's more durable than the stock ball joint and is installed in an indexed housing that allows for more deflection and articulation than stock that makes it perfect for leveled and lifted 2021-2025 F150s. The BDS UCAs drop right into place of your F150's stock upper control arms, making them a hassle-free upgrade to your F150's suspension.

Strong Tubular Steel Construction with Uprated Ball Joint and Rubber Bushings

The BDS UCAs manage to provide more strength and durability than the factory control arms, all while keeping your F150's ride clean and quiet, even in aggressive applications. The control arms are made out of 1.5" diameter mandrel-bent tubular steel with .120" wall thickness and a gloss black powder coat finish, which makes them much stronger than the factory stamped steel upper control arms. The control arms are built around an uprated MOOG ball joint in and indexed housing that allows for slightly more travel and articulation than stock while helping the UCAs avoid spring contact in leveled applications. The ball joint is replaceable, and uses an extremely common MOOG part number that's easy to find. The control arms use high-durometer rubber bushings for their body mounts which are quieter and more reliable than polyurethane bushings.

Will not fit CCD systems: these UCAs will not F150s equipped with the OEM Continuously Controlled Damping (CCD) systems.

Does not include headlight leveling provision: this version of BDS's UCAs do not include a provision for the headlight leveling arm on F150s equipped with dynamic bending headlights. A version with a leveling arm provision is also available.

Backspacing Requirements: these upper control arms require a wheel with a maximum of a 5.50" of backspacing in order to clear a 12.50" wide tire. Wheels with larger amounts of backspacing will fit, but you will be required to use narrower tires.

Wheels and Tires:

• 0-2" Lift: Will work with stock wheels / tires with a ~ 1/4” wheel spacer, wider tires on stock wheels may get close to the ball joint cup and control arm when turning. 5.5”- 4.5” back spacing is recommended for control arm clearance. Tire size is relative to lift amount.
