Very Dependable and Useful Tonneau Cover

The shipping on all my items was quick, fast, and in a hurry. I loved that part. He only flaw was with my bakflip. After installation, about 3 or 4 days go by and I notice the rubber flap that goes over the edge of the bed by the window, peeled off of the metal part of the cover. The crappy two sided tape or whatever weak material was used was worthless. I had to go buy black silicone caulk and reinstall the cover after I put a bead down. So far it's ok, but for almost $900, that should have been gorilla glued on from the factory. Almost wanted to send it back had I not been needing it.

2020 5.5' screw

Nice topper... at first. Paint fades quickly, bout 24 months. Rubber hinges begin to tear and thus leak about 24 months. I like the design and the fact it is flush with top of bed, just not made with quality materials. And the warranty is useless, company will not reply to multiple requests for support. I am going to procure one of the heavy duty aluminum offerings that have metal hinges and replaceable weather stripping that can carry a load. This topper barely carries it's own weight even a moderate 3" snowfall caused severe sagging when trying to close tailgate. If they offered replacement hinges and weather stripping this might be a candidate as it did keep the bed mostly dry before the hinges began to tear. Bottom line i would not purchase again. Recommend spending a little more for a higher quality complete aluminum topper.
