The baddest and most capable F150s and out there need some serious stopping power, especially if they're running around off-road or at the track with a ton of extra horsepower and torque over stock. That's where the Wilwood TX6R Front Big Brake Kit. The kit features massive 15" slotted tow-piece rotors that work with the system's massive 6-piston calipers to stop even the fastest and most powerful F150s on a dime. Both the calipers and rotors are made from high-quality materials that offer up greatly improved stopping power, a huge reduction in fade, and devastating levels of initial bite so that your mighty F150 can stop as fast as it needs both on and off of the road.

Massive 6-Piston Calipers with your Choice of Red or Black Finish

The calipers that make up the core of this kit are part of Wilwood's "Tactical Extreme" series of six-piston caliper that were originally designed for use on heavy-duty trucks and armored vehicles, but find themselves right at home on hyper-aggressive F150s. The TX6R calipers are radial mounted and feature a forged aluminum body and stainless steel pistons with high temperature bore seals that allow these calipers to handle just about any challenge or application that you throw at them. The calipers have a hard anodized base that's topped off with your choice of a red or black powder coat finish that work together to provide excellent levels of corrosion resistance. Wilwood throws in a set of their high-performance BP-20 pads that fit perfectly into these rotors.

Slotted, Two-Piece Rotors with Excellent Fade Resistance

The rotors included in the TX6R Package feature a two-piece design with both high-quality rotors and hats that used durable materials. The rotor hats are made from a premium aluminum alloy that's precision-machined for a perfect fit onto your rotor's rings. The aluminum construction of the alloy gives them a light weight without sacrificing strength. The friction rings are made out of Wilwood's heavy-duty Spec-37 iron alloy and feature curved internal directional vanes that help redirect and dissipate heat much more effectively than standard rotor designs. The rings each have a slotted surface that help clear away brake dust and debris away from the pads to provide a cleaner bit and more consistent performance. The rotor's mounting surface and vanes all have a corrosion-resistant black e-coat finish.

Brake Lines Included: Wilwood includes a full set of their Flexline Brake lines with each of their TX6R brake kits.

20" Wheels Required: due to the size of this system, it will only fit F150s equipped with 20" wheels or larger. However, this kit may not clear when used in conjunction with some 20" wheels with low or negative offsets or with spoke designs that hug close to the factory caliper. Please verify wheel clearance before ordering.

For Factory Spindles Only: this brake kit is only designed to fit stock spindles, and may not fit aftermarket spindles/knuckles found with aftermarket suspension lift kits.

2010-2020 Raptor Fitment: this kit does not fit 2010-2020 Raptors due to tie rod clearance issues, and Wilwood cannot guarantee that aftermarket tie rods will provide sufficient clearance.
