2011-2014 Ford F150 5.0L Borla S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust System Split Rear Exit (Black Tips) | 140416BC

I installed the BORLA #140416BC on my 2013 F150 w/a 5.0 in approximately an hour (not including removal of the old exhaust system) as that varies as to what's being removed. Stage3 delivered it to my door in 2 business days, WOW! This was my first order with Stage3 but certainly won't be my last. As for my opinion.... This kit seems to be of very high quality, much better than the previous aftermarket system it replaced & it looks freaking awesome once installed! The sound is near stock while the engine is idling, however the more the skinny pedal is pushed the more growl it produces. With that being said, it's not very loud however I've been told it will get louder over time, by other owners on my Forum & by BORLA themselves, so fingers crossed. The exhaust note is a very consistent growl through the entire RPM range, unlike the system it replaced which growled low but got ting'y in the higher RPM range, so much better! Now to complain a little.... The kit is very pricey, OMG! The crossover pipe for the driver's side tail, hangs down too far IMO, right to the bottom of my differential. My biggest complaint is that the Tip's are NOT a double-wall design, WTH, not acceptable IMO for a kit costing this much. With all that being said, I would definitely recommend this BORLA kit due to its quality & appearance. Would be nice if BORLA corrected their small issues & fingers crossed it gets a little louder over time (at least for me anyway) may be perfect for you.

Absolutely an easy installation! Very high quality. Love the sound, mellow rumble, no fatiguing sound at freeway speeds.

Quality, Quality, Quality. The Borla is a best of the best and easy to install with simple tools. S-Type sounds great and the chrome black tips look awesome with the "look" of the truck!
