Mellow, Low, and Subtle Exhaust Note

The Borla Touring Cat-Back Exhaust kit for your new 2015-2019 EcoBoost, V6 or V8 F150 truck has been designed specifically for the new body style in order to give it a nice performance boost while improving it's tone. The Touring Cat-Back Exhaust Systems are a perfect choice if you want your F150 to have a quieter sound with all the benefits of a high-performance upgraded system. Each of the Touring kits feature high-flow, mandrel-bent tubing and a much more efficient muffler than your factory cat-back system to help improve performance while providing a new sound that's not too distracting.

Provides More Horsepower and Torque

While quieter than the Borla S-Type Cat-Back kit and nearly silent when compared to the Borla ATAK exhaust system, the Touring kit still provides more efficient exhaust outflow and a better exhaust tone than your stock set-up. Borla's Touring muffler is constructed from a specialized straight-through design that's packed with unique ceramic filaments that absorb a good portion of sound without impacting efficiency. The kit comes with great-looking 4" rolled and angle-cut exhaust tips that with a black chrome finish.

Borla constructs their Touring Cat-Back Exhaust kits to give you years of great looks and dependability for the life of your F150. These systems are all manufactured using 300-series stainless steel that is nearly impervious to corrosion and discoloration to make these systems an excellent choice for any climate. Borla uses a computer-controlled CNC mandrel bending process to make sure each of their Cat-Back Exhaust kits have perfect fitment on your truck.

Wheelbase Fitment: this cat-back kit only fits F150s with 145" wheelbases out of the box. Borla's 157" Wheelbase Adapter Pipe or 163" Wheelbase Adapter Pipe will be required for longer wheelbase trucks. Trimming will be required for 141" and 126" wheelbase models.

2019, 2020 Limited Fitment: this cat-back kit will not fit 2020 F150 Limited models due to their different exhaust configuration. 2019, 2020 Limiteds with require a 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 Raptor cat-back system.

2015 F150 3.5 EcoBoost

LOVE IT!! Especially at Cold starts. It does not sound obnoxious. The black tips looks great on my silver indigo. Only issue was that the left pipe was longer than a short. Had a professional do some trimming. Also had a professional install the system. Only reason that it gets a four stars is the trimming but also the tailpipes are welded on instead of clamp so you cannot adjust the length of the tips. Other than that I highly recommend this or any of the S Type systems

2017 F150 King Ranch 5.0

This system is outstanding. I'm in my mid 40's and don't want to sound like a race car everywhere I go, so this is perfect. People saying it's "too quiet" I do not agree with. The system is as loud as you want it to be. Rumbles at idle just right, and lets you know its there cruising in just the right way. Absolutely no drone. Install was easy, took about 2 hours total by myself in the driveway. If you are trying to decide between the 3 borla systems, I vote for this one. At WOT it sounds excellent. Borla should get with Ford and put this as an option from the factory, it is how the 5.0 was meant to sound.

2018 F-150 3.5 Eco

Great product! Fit is perfect, looks awesome. The touring is plenty loud for me, no cab drone at all. I installed a catted down pipe also that made the exhaust louder than with factory down pipe.

2018 F150 4WD supercab

Nice performance sound without waking up the neighbours, not very noticeable at cruising speed. I painted both tailpipes with high heat matte black paint so they wouldn’t stand out behind wheel wells. Fit was not perfect, not enough clearance under back bumper. I had to insert a shim inside one of the rear rubber mounts to stretch it to lower the tailpipe and keep it from rattling against the bumper. Other than that easily installed with no help. I also bought new exhaust pipe flange bolts instead of using the existing ones as they were a bit corroded.

Will this exhaust work with a 285/65/20 spare tire or a skinner tire but same height for the spare? Along with this do you think a hellwig rear swag bar would work with this and the spare? How about just the spare? One last question is will the touring wake my 5.0 up when I step on it/ idle/can hear it more in the cab than stock? Or is the s type or corsa sport better? In addition, with the above items do you think a same side exit would be better? Or will this work?

We haven't installed this kit in conjunction with a larger spare, but I believe you would have clearance issues with a tire that large, though the Hellwig bar should be fine. That being said, you should probably go with the twin-side exit version of this kit. As for sound, the Touring kit is pretty mellow, though you can hear it when you punch the throttle. As for whether the S-Type or Corsa Sport are better, really depends on what kind of sound you want and how much drone you're willing to live with. Your best bet would be to call us directly at 623-434-5277 so we can get more specific about what you're looking for.

How many 3.5 ECOB / 2018 F150 Super crews have been installed? What would the avg horsepower gain be? What issues have been encountered during the install? Any pipe re fabricating? How much time is expected during the install? Does this void any factory warranty? Better gas mileage or less?

A few 2018 F150 3.5L EcoBoost folks have picked this kit up, though we don't keep track of total numbers. This kit will not provide you significant horsepower, torque, or fuel economy gains and should only really be looked at as an aesthetic and sound upgrade. Borla's fitment is extraordinarily good, and is a bolt-on install. Just keep in mind that if you have SuperCrew 6.5ft bed truck, you'll need Borla's Adapter Pipe. In general, a basic bolt-on part like a cat-back kit will not have an effect on your F150's powertrain or bumper-to-bumper warranties, however, all warranty decisions are up to individual dealerships, and your best bet would be to contact your service advisor directly to see what kind of leeway they give.
