While the 2018-2019 Ford Explorer EcoBoost produces a pretty nice sound with its 3.5L V6 engine, adding a high-performance exhaust can only make things better. Borla's S-Type Mufflers are one of the best combinations of aggressive exhaust performance with just the right amount of sound, and now they're packaged into a complete Cat-Back Exhaust kit specifically meant for the EcoBoost Explorer. This cat-back kit instantly gives your Explorer a much more aggressive and tough sound, without going overboard. It produces a deep, throaty rumble that you'll instantly notice the second you put your foot on the gas with only a minimal noise at idle or cruising.

High-Quality 304 Stainless Steel Construciton

The Cat-Back Exhaust System features 2.5" and 2.25" diameter piping and a dual, round, angle cut, tip with a bright centered carbon fiber finish. The dual tips also feature a split rear exit design. The star of the show is the pair of Borla's famous S-Type, "Stinger," mufflers that were carefully engineered for excellent sound with minimal drone at lower RPM levels. Each S-Type muffler uses a straight-through design that reduces restrictions caused by your factory chambered mufflers for that distinct Borla sound that we all love. The cat-back uses high-quality T-304 stainless steel to hold up against whatever you may encounter on treacherous off-road trails. This steel compound features much more strength than cheaper 409 stainless steel exhaust systems provide. Ulta-smooth mandrel bends in the piping allow for the best flow of your exhaust. CNC manufacturing also ensures that your exhaust will fit snugly and perfectly.
