2017 F150 3.5L EcoBEAST
This kit is perfect for leveling your truck. It was a fairly straightforward install. But you can really tell a difference on the stiffness vs softness when you adjust the knobs on these shock and struts. From mild to wild and even factory rides, it's a great set up for any situation. Affordable and easy to install. Your headlights will need to be adjusted down if you don't want people flashing brights at you all the time. I'm very happy with this

Packaging was rough when it arrived, but all needed parts were in boxes. Parts installed nicely, specific instructions with bolt torque specs would be a nice. Ride is good, still tweaking adjustments. Raised front 2.7 inches, about an 1/8 higher in front than back now, hoping springs settle a bit

As Richard mentioned, packaging was a complete mess upon a arrival. Coilovers had broken through cardboard with numerous scratches and one box was useless as the delivery driver must have set it in place. Monroe/Rancho needs to work on packaging as orddr was drop shipped. Somehow, hardware did not get lost and after touching up the struts, install was easy. After two weeks, no issue and ride is improved since the one shock and one strut of the original set were dead.

Rides and handles much better than stock. Got about 2.75 inches of lift on the front from center of axle to bottom of fender well. Install was not bad about 3.5 hours with the right tools by myself. I'm not sure if some of the bad reviews you see on these are fake or the people installed them incorrectly but this package is a huge upgrade over stock and comparable to higher end kits. Shipping was fast received them 3 days after ordering.

Customer Question Will this kit work for a 2017 f150 with the 4a (2h, 4a, 4h, 4l transfer case)? Getting some conflicting info and want to be sure.

Customer Answer This package will work just fine on a truck with 4-Atuo transfer cases. The only potential fitment issues caused by the 4-Auto system is with full crossmember suspension lift kits.

Customer Question How much rear lift can the rear shocks support on a 4x4 application? Will they support the lift from a set of Add-a-leaf springs? the bilstien shocks say they support 1in additional lift, and the Icon's say 2in.. there is no info if the Rancho's will support more than stock ride height.

Customer Question I need to know, Will the truck be level, or will it stay higher in the front?

Customer Answer At the kit's rated 2.75" out-of-the-box ride height, you'd actually be slightly nose-high. However, the QuickLifts do tend to sag a bit after some drive time which should put your truck at about dead-level.

Customer Question Thinking about getting 20x10 (-19 offset) wheels. What’s the largest size tire that could be used with this lift with no problems?

Customer Answer The biggest tire you can likely fit without trimming is a 33x11.50, so you'd be looking at a 295/55R20 or 285/60R20. You may be able to get on a 295/60R20, though fit will be close.

Customer Question Does this fit 2014 f150? I see most have a specific kit just for that year, where this one says 2014-2019 even though the 2014 is a different model than 2015-2019s. Will rear shocks work with a 1" block?

Customer Answer This particular kit fits 2014-2019 F150s. Rancho does not have a specific part number for the 2014 trucks. The rear shocks will work with a 1" rear block.

Customer Question Will i be able to run a 305/65x18 tire on factory rim without any rubbing with this kit? 2015 F150 5.0 Supercrew 4WD. Also can a 2"-2.5" rear block spacer be ran with the rear shocks?

Customer Answer You'll likely rub on the front crash bar with a 305 wide tire on the factory wheels. Your safer bet would be something like a 285/70R18.

Customer Answer This package will technically bolt up to an RWD/2WD F150, however, you will get slightly more ride height out of the fronts than what they're rated for on a 4WD truck. We also recommend that you install a 1.5" rear block kit or a take-off 4WD rear block to keep the rear shocks in a more optimal range of travel.

Customer Question Would 2018 raptor wheels and tires clear with no rubbing on a 2015 F150 XLT FX4 with this setup installed?

Customer Answer They would not. You would have to do at least some trimming to clear a 35x12.50" tire on a stock Raptor wheel with 6.34" of backspace, and possibly remove your F150's crash bars.

Customer Answer This kit will only add ride height to the front of your F150. To add rear ride height, you would need a larger rear block, new shackles, an add-a-leaf kit, and/or entirely new leaf packs.

Customer Answer Yep. The stock UCAs can be used with this kit. However, we do recommend getting aftermarket UCAs if you're going to be doing a lot of off-roading with this kit, due to the ride height provided by the front QuickLifts.

Customer Answer We DO NOT recommend it. The QuickLifts are rated for 2.75" of ride as it is, and once you go beyond 3" of front leveling, you'll start to have serious issues with your suspension geometry and you'll likely break something.

Customer Question How do these compare to the Eibach strut and pro spring combo? Like the fact I don't need to rent or buy a spring compressor but if its worth the trouble I wouldn't mind the extra work.

Customer Answer The Eibachs with the Eibach Springs and Eibach Rear Shocks will outperform the QuickLifts and Rancho 9000XLs due to being a monotube design instead of hydraulic. The Eibachs also have better build quality than the Ranchos. Whether the Eibachs are worth the trouble really depends on how you're using your truck. If you're not going to take it off-road or just use on maintained forest roads, the the QuickLifts will be totally fine. If you're going to be doing anything more significant than that off-road, the I'd recommend the Eibachs.

Customer Question Can this suspension package be installed on a 2WD model? Will I need to add a 1.5" rear block in the back to help the rear shocks operate in the optimal range (since they are designed for a 4WD model)? Which rear block do you recommend?

Customer Answer This kit will physically bolt up to 2014-2018 F150 with RWD/2WD, though you will get slightly more lift out of the front coilovers than what they're rated for on 4WD trucks, and we do recommend that you use either an OEM take off 4WD rear block or an aftermarket 1.5" rear block like the ReadyLift 1.5" Rear Block Kit.

Customer Question Have a 2014 5.0 supercrew 4x4. Rancho’s website shows these struts lift by 2.5 inches but you have them listed as a 2.0 inch lift. Have you installed these before and do you get a 2.0 inch lift once they settle?

Customer Answer ReadyLift actually redesigned these coilovers to be at 2.75" of leveling out of the box. However, in our experience with the QuickLifts, tend to settle by up to .5" of ride height over time, so you'd be at 2.25" of leveling after a good amount of drive time.
