Strong Radius Arms Included To Provide Stability

Take your 2020-2022 F350 Dual Rear Wheel Super Duty to new heights with this kit from BDS. This kit is designed specifically to work with your truck to not only give it a lift but also make sure it performs well at said lift. Part of the reason it performs better is because of the radius arm that comes as a part of the kit. These radius arms are created with heavy duty 1-3/4" OD -10GA DOM tubing with support gussets that can handle anything nature throws at them. In addition to that, one of the stars of this kit are the FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers. These coilovers are pre-tuned for optimal performance and are installed utilizing the supplied mounting brackets that pair with the set of FOX 2.0 Performance shocks.

FOX Racing Shocks For Optimal Performance

The previously mentioned, FOX shocks to help it perform better than stock at it's new height. The FOX 2.0 Shock bolts into your Super Duty, and the reservoir can be mounted nearly anywhere that's convenient while adding a huge bump in suspension performance for your rear end. The shocks themselves are 2" in diameter with an aluminum body that improves cooling capability over the majority of steel-body shock on the market. Each shock has a 5/8" chrome-hardened shaft and valving that's been finely tuned to offer your truck excellent off-road performance with making your street ride too harsh. This kit has these particular shocks along the front and rear and is paired with a special black high strength u-bolt that is created to match with the specific axle for a more secure fit.

All-Inclusive Kit That Thinks of Everything

So the shocks, coilovers, and radius arms that are included in this kit are absolutely important, however what makes this kit really worth it is the smaller pieces that are vehicle specific which help the kit perform at it's best. One example is that BDS includes a forged drop Pittman arm and heavy duty track bar relocation brackets that come in and recenter the front axle and correct odd steering angles. BDS also made sure to add front bump stop extensions which limit suspension compression, sway bar drop brackets which correct positioning, and brake line relocation brackets. In addition, the kit includes a special transmission cross member and even rear lift blocks that help level out the stance.

Install Note: Torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs required for installation.

Factory Leaf Spring Block: Removal of the factory leaf spring block required. Net rear lift will vary depending on height of factory block, but will result in a level stance.

Automatic Transfer Cases Only: Indexing Ring has not been designed to work on manual shift transfer case models. Modification to the shift cable mount will be required
