This bumper is created with 3/16" thick smooth steel for an ultra durable construction that only weighs about 210 lbs. As a part of the design, Ranch hand included removable inserts that accommodate the OEM camera feature on this year range of Super Dutys. It also includes pre-drilled sensor holes that are incorporated within the inserts as well. Each insert is created with 12 gauge steel for a long lasting look. The structure itself is created with 7-gauge sheet metal and is put onto your truck by way of 1/4" steel mounting brackets. This also includes an awesome grille guard that just adds to how awesome it already is. The installation process is definitely tedious but it does not require any cutting, drilling, or welding. The manufacturer recommends that if you are going to tackle installation yourself you need at least one other person with you. Along with the bumper itself, everything that you need for smooth installation outside of tools is included with purchase. There is even a well-formatted and easy to read set of instructions that are included. One of the other cool parts about this bumper is that it is completely customizable. It is designed with a center slot that can fit a 32" light bar for non-sensor equipped vehicles or if your vehicle is equipped with sensors it is a 26" light bar. On top of that, it will be able to accommodate OEM fog lights or two 2x2 LED pods per side.
