That fabric used has a UV rating of PU 3500 which helps this last longer even in direct sun. Even the latches that are included with this tent are created with top materials like marine grade 304 stainless steel. It also includes a 96" ladder that is made from aluminum and has a 2-stage black powder coating. Part of the design of this tent features what is advertised as the "largest sleeping area of any tent in the marketplace" which measures 84in x 64in.
