Innovative Design For Top Performance

Check out this patented Differential Cover from Banks Power for your F250 or F350. This cover is a new innovative design that is unique to Banks Power. Part of the design includes perfect mating between cover and housing that has unobstructed fluid flow thanks to them including the proper distance between ring gear and raceway in the axle. The design also helps to guide fluid directly to the axle bearings, bathing them without drowning them and also ensuring that enough fluid is running level. It also includes 24 external radiator fins that offer 534 square inches of surface area that helps to create optimal heat rejection. It's also created out of A380 aircraft aluminum for a strong and exact fit.

Easy Maintenance And Reliable Hardware

When it comes to adding this cover to your axle, Banks Power includes all of the proper hardware needed for installation. Part of the hardware is stainless flange hex mounting bolts that prove a secure fit. Banks Power also made sure to make maintenance was a breeze. On this differential, it includes a magnetic fill plug that sits at a 20 degree angle for easy fill to make oil changes easier. There's a magnetic drain plug that is also recessed which also helps as well. There are also radius ports that helps to create a smoother fluid flow for the new oil among other things. It's also very aerodynamic thanks to the Ram-Air scoops that directs cool high-velocity air through the radiator fins also designed with breakaway scoops.
