If you're looking for the absolute most peak power, then the 90mm throttle body is your best bet. Just keep in mind that the 90mm throttle body is a little tougher to tune, and has very "on/off" throttle response, so that's something to be aware of.

I have a 2019 F-150, V8 with a Roush Performance Pac Stage 2 (cold air intake, exhaust & tune) will this BBK 90mm throttle body work or will I need the 85mm one? And how will this affect my tune, will I need to take the truck back to get re-flashed? Finally, will a throttle body spacer add anything performance wise? Thanks

It's our understanding that the Roush Performance Pac tunes are not compatible with aftermarket throttle bodies at all, and you may have issues with both the 90mm and 85mm.

The 90mm throttle body will work with most intakes that come with either a rubber of silicone throttle body coupler. Some intakes have a tighter fit than others, but usually using heat or lube will let you fit them on.

My 2019 F-150 5.0L has and S&B CAI and SCT BDX tuned with 5 star 91 perfromance. Flowmaster exhaust. Hauls ass just fine. If I buy this 90mm BBK, will it work good with my tune? Should I see a little performace gain in throttle response or HP?

You will likely need to get a new tune, since your current tuning is for the factory throttle body, and the 90mm has pretty sensitive response. You should see throttle response and more peak horsepower.

I am getting a roush level 1 performance pac put on my 2019 f150 5.0. I already have a borla exhaust. My question is will this throttle body be incorporated with the PCM calibration/tune when it’s flashed? Debating on if I should do this now before the tune or if I won’t lose any performance by purchasing at another time after the tune. Also roughly how much extra rwhp will I see with the throttle body and spacer?

The Roush Performance Pac tuning will likely have issues with this throttle body, since it's specifically designed for the factory throttle body. Your much better bet would be to go with a custom tune.

Will this fit with a air raid throttle body spacer?

It technically will, though the Airaid spacer has a smaller diameter than this throttle body, so you'd just be re-restricting airflow. Your better bet would be to use the throttle body on its own.

I’ve seen where this is recommended for supercharged or turbocharged trucks, but will this be a good choice for those that have CAI, exhaust, upgraded spark plugs, and a tune?

You can still technically use the 90mm throttle body on naturally-aspirated truck, though you do get a bit of "off/on" throttle response, and in general, the 85mm throttle body tends have a bit smoother operation.

Can this be used with a rough country CAI?

We haven't tried it ourselves. In general, this throttle body will work with most cold air intakes. However, boot fitment can be tight and you may need to apply heat or lube to get the boot from the intake over the throttle body.

You can. The coupler included with the intake can be a little tight around a 90mm throttle body, so be prepared to possibly use lube or heat with it.
