While the 2021-2024 F150 performs fine for basic everyday applications, it doesn't offer the best off-road capabilities off the factory line. Sure, you'll have no problem with dirt roads that see a lot of traffic; however, you won't be ripping through trails or challenging steep inclines with stock suspension setup. That's exactly where the BDS 6" Lift Kit comes to play as it includes everything you'll need to improve the performance, stance, and capability of your CCD equipped F150. With this kit equipped, your truck will acheive a 6" front lift with the help of the top mounted strut spacers, giving your truck an aggressive stance and more commanding view of the road without compromise. In the rear, BDS includes rear lift blocks and U-bolts which deliver a leveled stance that will be sure to set it apart from the rest of the pack. This kit also takes advantage of BDS' high-clearance crossmembers which further maximizes ground clearance when you're traveling over uneven terrain. To provide you with even more peace of mind, BDS includes a differential skid plate which helps protect your truck's undercarriage from potential damage when you head well off the beaten path.

Premium Construction & Design

BDS manufactured their 6-Inch Lift Kit using only the best suspension components to ensure your F150 will be ready for anything you throw its way. BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height by using a pair of high-strength, CNC-machined cast iron steering knuckles to work with the replacement tie rod ends, helping maintain proper steering angles in every situation. The knuckles combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets and supplied hardware provide a comprehensive front suspension lift that's ready to be used and abused. Better yet, this lift permits you to slap on up to 37" tires which helps you further transform your ride into a formidable off-road machine. This system is engineered to maintain the factory CCD shocks equipped on your F150, giving your ride the perfect suspension upgrade without compromising factory ride quality or comfort.

Vehicle Fitment: 2021-2023 Ford F150 4WD with CCD (Continuously Controlled Damping)

Recommended Tires & Wheels:

• 37 x 12.5 with 18 x 9 and 5.5 in. Backspace
• 37 x 12.5 with 20 x 9 and 5.5 in. Backspace
• 35 x 12.5 with 20 x 9 and 4.5 in. Backspace
• Trimming may be required

Important Notes:

• Will not work with an aftermarket Upper Control Arm kits that do not have provisions for both driver and passenger side ride height sensors.
• 18" or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be re-installed. Stock 20" wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire.
• 18" wheels with 5-5.5" backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod. 5.5" backspacing is highly recommended for tire to frame crash bar clearance.
• Models with 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit 122406 (not included w/ kit)
• Block replaces factory 1-1/4" block. Stock block will not be reinstalled.
• Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and tire choice. It is the end users responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
• Does NOT fit diesel models.
• Will not work with Tremor models.
• Some trucks with a 2 piece drive shaft may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear driveshaft. (Safety Recall 21S25) Due to the recall procedure, BDS recommends to have this performed prior to installing the lift.
• This system has not been tested on models equipped with Ford BlueCruise.
