In general, most of these tuning devices feature different power levels. The higher the level, the more power your truck makes, but will also raise its EGTs and put more strain on its driveline components. If you're planning on using high-level tunes, make sure to grab a cold air intake, '94 to '97 exhaust kit, '98 to '03 exhaust system, and transmission upgrades to allow your truck to handle the strain.
