Performance

This complete supercharger package includes ProCharger's powerful, self-contained P-1SC-1 8-rib drive Centrifugal Supercharger and all the ancillary components that your 2005-2010 GT Mustang needs to bring total power generation up to a whopping 540hp while substantially increasing torque with up to 10psi of boost pressure. The supercharger comes in a satin or polished finish with the option to upgrade the inlet tube finish.

Quality Construction

ProCharger's High Output (HO) kit includes a custom designed 3-core air-to-air intercooler, intercooler tubing, a ProFlo bypass system, 39 lb/hr fuel injectors, a fuel pump upgrade and all necessary installation hardware. The P-1SC-1's impeller is CNC machined from top quality T-6 aircraft aluminm, giving the entire system unprecedented reliability.

Installation

Installation hardware is included, along with a detailed, thorough installation guide to make the process as simple as possible.

Custom Tuning

Each kit also includes a DiabloSport Predator Handheld Tuner preloaded with ProCharger's custom tune to get best performance calibration possible.

Considering the power figures and the fact that 2010 Mustangs aren't exactly spring chickens these days, you may want to at least consider forged rotating assembly, even though the power delivery of a centrifugal is a lot easier on your motor than an equivalent positive displacement supercharger. 2010 was a long time ago, and some of those cars have seen some "stuff".

What clutch and flywheel would y'all recommend for this setup?

That honestly depends on what your end horsepower goals are and what other additional performance parts (i.e. long tube headers, smaller pulleys, etc.) you're going to add in the future, as well as what kind of clutch pedal feel and functionality you're looking for. Will this kit work with the Ford racing intake manifold and 62mm bbk throttle body?

Everything will bolt up with only mild modifications to the ProCharger kit's inlet tubing. However, you would need a custom tune on a chassis dyno, as ProCharger's tuning can't take into account the throttle body or manifold.

I have an 08 mustang GT with FRPP hot rod cams, GMS 62 mm throttle body, steeda CMDP's, bbk shorty headers, pypes o/r X pipe, FRPP 3.73 gears, Roush underdrive pulleys, and my car is an automatic. Would I be able to use this kit on my car as is? Or would I need to buy additional parts/ remove some current parts? And also do you custom calibrate a tune for my cars specific needs? I'm looking to have around 475+ rwhp without having to get a dyno tune.

You would not be able to use this kit out of the box. First, you would need to remove your underdrive pulleys, as they'll cause lower than advertised boost pressure and performance. The tuning included with the system also would not be able to handle your cams or the off-road mid-pipe. You would absolutely need a dyno tune to run this system with your modifications, and you would likely need to look at beefing up your transmission and engine internals if you're aiming for the 525+ crankshaft horsepower mark. Honestly, your best bet would be to call us directly at 1-877-578-2433 so we can get more specific about what you're trying to do and give you better guidance on how to get there.

Does kit come with new belt? how much power is stock engine good for? I have stock 08 gt is there any way to keep horsepower to safely not blow my engine?

The system does include a supercharger belt for the ProCharger kit and bolt-on crank pulley, but does not include a new serpentine belt for the rest of your accessories. In general, a well-maintained 3V 4.6L should be able to handle up to 550 crankshaft horsepower, assuming good tuning, fuel use, and maintenance. The ProCharger's out-of-the box power levels will be slightly below those figures. You will need to upgrade your Mustang's clutch and possibly its flywheel, however.
