Highlights:

Solid Power Gains
Easy Bolt-On OE Replacement
Aluminum Construction With a Corrosion-Resistant Finish
108% Larger Core Volume Than Stock

Massive Power and Fuel Mileage Gains

With over twice the volume of your truck's factory intercooler, the Wagner EVO EcoBoost intercooler is one of the most powerful 3.5L and 2.7L EcoBoost aftermarket intercooler kits that you can possibly find for your truck. This awesome system bolts on right in place of your stock intercooler and uses a powerful "Competition" dual-core design with specialized internal turbolators that give your truck a huge boost in cooling efficiency for huge power gains. Even though the Wagner intercooler features a massive size, the system was carefully designed to maintain air pressure throughout its cores and ensure that your truck's turbochargers are delivering a huge amount of cool charge air right to your 3.5L or 2.7L EcoBoost V6.

Larger Core Volume and Surface Area than Stock

Each Wagner intercooler is manufactured out of aluminum and has a corrosion resistant finish to give you the reliability you need in practically any climate. This F150 EcoBoost intercooler has a total core volume that's 108% larger than stock with a 62% larger surface area that makes it one of the most powerful and efficient aftermarket intercoolers that you can find. Unlike your factory intercooler, Wagner's intercooler doesn't suffer from any condensation issues giving your truck even better reliability, even without a reflash. Wagner's intercooler is right at home in street, off-road, high-performance, and towing applications where it can give your extremely cool charge air for instant gains.

2016 F150 3.5 EcoBoost

I put this intercooler on my '16 F150 EcoBoost. Greatly quality, very well made. Install took 2 hours by myself. Good instructions. Big difference in temps. I was able to add quite a bit of timing in the tune. Well worth it. Great upgrade.

This kit is designed for the factory cold-side tubes, so any stock-replacement cold-side tubing should also work just fine.
