Whipple Power in a Shiny Package

Decked out in a brilliant polished finish, this version of Whipple's W140AX twin-screw supercharger is still able to make your Cobra scream, it just does it with more style. This 2.3L supercharger still utilizes Whipple's classic Lysholm screw designs that generates far more power than your standard 1.85L M112 Eaton roots-style supercharger. Whipple's Cobra supercharger is able to support anywhere from 13 to 25 psi and adds instant horsepower gains as a direct swap for your factory Eaton blower. The W140AX can add up to 80 horsepower and 50 ft/lbs of torque in its most basic form, giving your Cobra a huge edge without the need for additional modifications. The supercharger fits the 2003-2004 Mustang SVT Cobra as a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory head unit.

Complete Supercharger Package

Each supercharger upgrade kit includes the new Whipple head unit, inlet, manifold adapter plate, and installation hardware kit. The supercharger gets all of it's amazing power from its larger 2.3L displacement over the Eaton M112 (1.85L) and the fact that twin-screw superchargers compress within the head unit, allowing more oxygen to flood into your engine for more explosive power. The Whipple W140AX is able to deliver all of its power across the entire rpm range and doesn't suffer from lag or boost drop-off like competing designs. The larger capacity and the ability to push denser air means a cooler charge which helps give your Cobra these huge horsepower gains.

Easy Maintenance

The supercharger is internally lubricated, does not require tapping your oil pan, and doesn't need maintenance for up to 100,000 miles. Each supercharger is built with heavy-duty bearings and tight clearance rotors with unique coatings that can handle high heat and horsepower. In its basic 13 psi form, this supercharger can be used with the factory fuel system. The kit is a direct, drop-in replacement for your stock Eaton's head unit.

Important Notes: Requires custom PCM tune on a full chassis dyno. Stage 3 Motorsports cannot offer email tuning for Whipple superchargers at this time. Each Whipple supercharger is built to order. It may take up to 7 days for construction and delivery.
