Rear Shocks for your 2004-2008 F150
Rolling around in a 2004-2008 5.4L V8 F150 means you have a truck with a handful of miles on it and the chances are your suspension needs an overhaul, especially if you have any intentions of gearing your Triton V8 up to be a formidable off-road beast. We experienced the same with all of our recent 2004-2008 project trucks which is why one of the steps of our upgrades always includes a change-out in front and rear shocks. With our 2004 F150 5.4L SuperCrew XLT 4WD we wasted no time in grabbing a pair of Pro Comp Pro Runner Rear Shocks built for 6" Lift Kits to replace the ancient shocks on the truck. The operation was a total success, and now our 2004 F150 5.4L Project Truck has much better ride quality.
