Our 2012 F150 EcoBoost FX4 Project Truck got real big in a real big hurry. These fully-motorized side steps tuck up close to your F150's body when not in use, and drop down extremely low right when you need them to give you the perfect way to get in and out of your F150, no matter your ride height. The AMP PowerSteps made it extremely easy to get in and out of our 2012 F150, even at its huge ride height, and we highly recommend the AMP PowerSteps to anyone doing a hugely tall truck build.

The Big Country side steps that were on our 2011 F150 5.0L XL Project Truck when we first got our hands on it were just a rock-battered, rusty shell of them former selves and were cramping our truck's styling in a big way. We decided to do something about it by grabbing Lund's F150 SuperCrew Modular Rock-Guards. Lunds guards provide an aggressive, off-road look and can accept Lund's easily-detachable modular short steps or long steps. While they don't provide the same level of protection as a true set of frame-mount rock rails, they can provide some level of body protection by kicked up rocks or close scrapes along the sides of your truck.
