Keeping our Project Trucks at Least a Little Cleaner
We here at Stage 3 are known for putting all of our Project Trucks through their paces off-road, and that means getting down and dirty with dust, mud, snow, and whatever other grime we happen to plow through. While we don't particularly mind some of the nastiness we pick up, the cleaner our trucks are after we head home, the better. Husky Liner's Rear Wheel Well Liner has been one of our go-to products for a while now, and have made it onto our 2007 F150 5.4L Project Truck, 2012 F150 3.5L EcoBoost Project Truck, and our 2013 F150 5.0L STX Project Truck. The liners keep all sorts of grime from getting jammed up into the bedsides, which are almost impossible to totally clean out.
Further improving grime protection on our 2013 F150 5.0L STX Project Truck is a set of WeatherTech No-Drill Mudflaps. These mudflaps drop right into the truck's wheel wells and have a pretty clean, OE-style look and are a heck of a lot less gaudy than most universal aftermarket mudflap kits. While fairly small, they do a good job of keeping grime off the side of the truck.
