ICON Offers Improved Performance In A Sharp Package
After you add some ground clearance to your truck, the next logical step is to throw on some shocks that will greatly improve your trucks off-road performance. One brand that we have used on our project trucks is ICON. This brand offers a sleek looking shock that uses a 2" diameter shock body that's manufactured out of 6063 aluminum alloy that's then anodized for corrosion resistance. Also each one of their shocks feature a monotube gas-charged design with a separate internal oil reservoir that prevents cavitation.
