Whether your old turbocharger is failing or you simply want more power from your engine, ATS Diesel's Aurora 3000 turbocharger kit makes for an excellent performance upgrade over stock that won't push your 2003.5 to 2007 6.0L Powerstroke past its limits. This complete turbocharger assembly from ATS Diesel can add up to 30 horsepower to your truck's output and spools faster than the factory turbocharger, but doesn't push your engine to critical breaking points like more powerful turbocharger systems. The ATS Aurora 3000 kit for the 6.0L Powerstrokes is the perfect system for replacing a worn or blown factory turbocharger with something more powerful, more linear, and more reliable. Installing the Aurora 3000 kit can also result in lower EGTs and improved gas mileage, making it an all-around performance improvement for your aggressive Super Duty build.

Improved Compressor and Turbine Design Over Stock

Each one of ATS's Complete Aurora 3000 turbocharger kits comes with everything you need to drop it right into place of your Super Duty's factory turbocharger system. Each turbocharger features a high-quality design and utilizes a highly efficient CHRA design within compressor and turbine housings that are cast in-house. The turbo features a 7-blade, 58mm inducer and 14-blade, 83mm exducer on the compressor side that's paired with an 11-blade, 74mm inducer and 11-blade, 65mm exducer on the turbine-side. The Aurora 3000 can flow at roughly 65lbs/min and add up to 30 horsepower to your engine with fast spool and lower EGTs.
