The 6.0L Powerstroke V8 diesel engine, despite its flaws, has insane potential once all of its problems are sorted out. One of the issues you want sorted out the soonest is the weak factory head studs. The stock 6.0L came with too few head studs to begin with, which were also fairly weak, allowing head lift in even basic performance applications and causing serious problems under high combustion pressure. These amazingly strong head studs for the 2004 to 2007 6.0L Powerstroke Super Duty can easily handle the most extreme custom 6.0L builds and get your truck's heads locked down regardless of boost pressure. These head studs are direct replacements for stock and are the best way to hold your 6.0L motor together.

Each one of these ARP Super Duty head studs are made from ARP's very own Custom Age 625+ material that has a massive 260,000psi minimum tensile strength. The enormous strength of these highly-specialized head studs allows them to keep your 6.0L heads from lifting whether you've had turbocharger upgrades, aggressive tuning, or other modifications. The studs are each manufactured right here in the USA at ARP's headquarters in California.
