Advanced On-Board Air Compressor System

While towing or hauling and relying on a set of Air Lift air springs to keep your load level, the last thing you want to have to worry about is where to stop next to have to fill them up again. If you travel a considerable amount or just want to make sure you'll have the air you need, Air Lift has the answer with their Heavy-Duty Analog LoadController System. This kit gives your truck a premium on-board, single-path, air compressor that allows you to fill up wherever and whenever you need to, while giving you multiple options in order to perfectly balance out whatever heavy or awkward load you're moving. This extremely convenient package includes an analog dial that either mounts separately or in a replacement pillar system for convenient control of your big load. Connected to the heavy-duty onboard air-compressor, this dial gives you an instant read-out of your air spring's load levels and allows you to re-fill them with the touch of a button.

Versatile Analog Controller

This system is based around Air Lift's trust-worthy single-path analog dial that allows you to inflate your springs to get proper load balance when you're hauling uneven loads. The controller allows you to select the pressure in both of your truck's springs with the touch of a button and installs at eye level with their provided mount or with the help of a replacement pillar.

High-Powered Air Compressor

The compressor comes with a full wiring harness, mounting plates, and hardware that make it extremely easy to mount just about anywhere on your truck, RV or trailer. The compressor is powerful enough to get your air springs inflated under heavy loads and was built much more quiet than their Standard Duty design. The compressor comes with air lines and is compatible with Air Lift air springs and most other brands of aftermarket air springs.

'16 Ford F150 4x4

Easy to install, straight forward instructions. Only issue I had was with the power hookup, my fuse box wouldn't allow the use of the spade jumper. Other than that, no issues.

F-250 Platinum

Hey yall I really liked how this addition to my F250 truck. At first i was a little doubtful about the compressor and bags, but now that I have them I absolutely love them. I installed them myself and to tell you the truth at first it was too much for me. Then after looking at the instructions and wiring diagrams I took it one step at a time and it came out very good. Im no professional mechanic, but in the garage I spent a good 4-5 hours to get it how i liked it. The gauge I installed in the passenger glove box wiring it to one of the trucks aux switches (thanks you tube). Rand all my cables under the carpet along with the air hose. Finally installed the compressor to the frame of the bed. Like i said just take it slow and one step at a time.

I currently have the standard duty compressor, but it went out. If I buy this one, can it wire up with the wireless one that can with the standard duty compressor.

This kit is a complete compressor system. If you already have a complete system on your truck, and just the air compressor failed, give us a call directly at 623-434-5277 or email us at [email protected] and we can see if the compressor falls under some sort of warranty. Otherwise, you can just replace the compressor itself.

This particular part number does not come with a wireless controller. It comes with a standard manual Controller/Gauge. The closest wireless equivalent is here.

What size is the gauge in this kit? Would like to mount it in the steering colomn pod you guys sell for a 2015 f150.

According to Air Lift, the gauge's face is 2" wide, and it should fit in standard gauge pods that accept 2-1/16" gauges, including Auto Meter's steering column pods and A-pillar pods.
