Ford Super Duty trucks look their absolute best when lifted up in the air, but the baseline rear shocks included in most lift kits and systems don't always add the kind of off-road performance your 2008-2016 Super Duty needs to really rocket around off the pavement. ICON's 2.0 Series Aluminum shock offers a huge improvement in performance over stock shocks and even typical white-body shocks that come with most baseline Super Duty Lift Kits. The ICON 2.0 rear shock can handle 8" to 10" of lift, making it perfect for truck's running larger rear blocks and even complete lift kits. The 2.0 series shock features an extremely strong and durable construction and was designed from the ground up to give your F250 or F350 improved suspension response, longer travel, and greatly reduced fade over stock and most white-body shock designs. The 2.0 shock bolts right in place of stock, making it easy to get a huge improvement in your truck's on and off-road handling.

High-Quality Design with Aluminum Body, Large Piston, and Poly Bushings

ICON developed their 2.0 Aluminum series rear shock to be an excellent improvement in both durability and performance over factory shocks and white-body shocks included with most lift kits. The 2.0 shock is built around a 2" diameter body made from 6063 aluminum that provides much more effective heat dissipation than steel shocks to reduce fade under heavy articulation. The shock features a monotube gas-charged design with a separate internal oil reservoir that helps prevent cavitation. The 2.0 Aluminum Series shock features a linear/digressive piston design with a 5/8" nitro steel shaft for excellent performance and longevity. The shock comes topped off with polyurethane bushings for its mounts that reduce deflection without generating excess NVH.

Super Duty Fitment: 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 Ford Super Duty F250/F350 with at least 8" to 10" of extra lift in the rear. It will not fit trucks running at factory ride heights.

Each Sold Separately: Each of these shocks are sold individually and a quantity of two will be required for a complete installation.

Insert Note: this shock comes with an upper mount insert that allows it to be used on the front of 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 Super Duty trucks. The insert must be removed before installation on the rear of a 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 F250 or F350, though its removal is extremely simple.
