The ARB Steel Roof Rack Basket is sturdy, but it is tough enough to handle the just about any inclement weather. Both rails are constructed tough as the top rail consists of 25mm steel tube while the bottom rail utilizes 35mm tubing. The fitting kit is precision made for a perfect and quick installation to reduce stress and hassle. The fitting kit ensures proper load distribution by using a, full length, PVC protected galvanized support channel that evenly distributes weight along the full length of the vehicle gutter, while molded rubber clamp pads eliminate metal to metal contact under the gutters. This allows for easy removal of the rack when not in use or required thanks to the practical and clever mounting system. All necessary mounting hardware and instructions are included.
