AIRAID PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer

AIRAID engineered the PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer for your Ford Super Duty in order to make the most of the available power and torque of your engine, as well as optimize fuel economy. Designed to enhance off-idle torque, AIRAID's patented Helix Bore design gives the incoming air a spinning motion as it passes through the spacer, which improves the velocity of the air charge as it enters the combustion chamber. It also contributes to better atomization of the air/fuel mixture. After countless hours of Dyno-Testing, AIRAID says the end result is more part-throttle torque, improved mid-range power, and overall combustion efficiency for better fuel economy depending on the driving conditions.

Innovative AIRAID Throttle Body Design

The AIRAID throttle body spacer is made from aircraft-grade billet aluminum and was developed to enhance off-idle torque from 800 rpm to approximately 3,000 rpm. The spacer is installed between the intake manifold and the throttle body where the Dyno-proven Helix Bore System causes a vortex which optimizes the air for combustion.
