With the addition of a straight-through core, flow restrictions of a chambered muffler are eliminated. Because of this design, you will maximize your Ford stock SBF 289/302 engine and allow 200-325 horsepower capability! Acoustically, it works with a precise combination of packing filament, straight-through core design, perforation pattern, and cylindrical shape to give you a booming sound with every rev of your engine.

T-304 Stainless Steel Construction for Longevity

Borla Exhaust's Muffler is designed to replace your factory muffler and provide a quality experience. The muffler is made to last with its million mile warranty, which totals 20,000 miles every year for 50 years! The natural mil finished muffler is built from stainless steel and 100% welded for superior strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term dependability. The muffler's 2.25" offset inlet and 2.25" offset outlet are directional and not notched. The outlet can be identified by a welded mounting bracket attached to its endcap, which allows for attachment of a removable hanger system with minimal welding. While the muffler can be installed in reverse, sound attenuation will be compromised, so it is not recommended. The Performance Straight Through muffler measures 19" long with a 14" long, 4" high, and 9.5" wide body.
