AIRAID's SynthaMax QuickFit Series Cold Air Dam System was designed specifically to give your massive 7.3L diesel an excellent increase in both horsepower and torque, while at the same time improving throttle response and fuel economy for a complete performance overhaul in one high-quality and easily-installed package. This kit is a direct bolt-on replacement for your truck's factory air box which produces much more efficient and powerful performance gains.

High-Performance AIRAID Cold Air Dam Kit

This Cold Air Dam Kit includes a SynthaMax Non-Oiled Filter made with individual layers of specialized filtration media that work together to filter out contaminants while still breathing in a larger volume of cooler charge air to your engine than stock to keep it running at its best. The filter is also fully washable and reusable which is a great investment that will continue to pay for itself since you won't have to buy a replacement in the future. This kit is also very easy to install and is bolted right in place of your truck's upper air box lid and air filter. In order to keep out the heat generated from your engine and to ensure your intake is breathing in the coolest air possible, the walls of the heat shield create a protective box which seals at the top when your hood is shut.
