Quality Construction For Long Lasting Operation

Upgrade the fuel system in your 6.7L Powerstroke diesel with this awesome new fuel pump from aFe Power. This pump is created with a billet 6061-T6 aluminum manifold that helps to eliminate any porosity concerns with cast aluminum. It is also designed to be able to enhance flow through the manifold which helps reduce pressure drop due to flow restrictions thanks to it's contoured CNC machining of manifold passages. Part of the construction also includes a "marine grade" motor and helical bronze spur gears that run much quieter than straight cut gears. The gears being made of bronze also means it is more forgiving of contaminants than the normal steel gears.

Plug-N-Play Installation

One of the best parts about this particular fuel pump is it's plug-n-play installation. aFe Power includes a harness that attaches directly to the battery while using weather proof connectors for a long lasting and sustainable fit. The installation process of this pump does NOT require cutting or modifying the stock fuel lines in any way shape or form. That way if you install it and do not like it, it can go right back to stock. It is also sold with a universal carbon steel mounting bracket that easily mounts with hardware that is also supplied. The seals that this pump is created with also makes it compatible with both regular and biodiesel fuel.
