Extremely Efficient 2.3L Head Unit with Eaton TVS Series Rotors
The Roush TVS R2300 Supercharger System features a highly efficient head unit that's paired with all the components you need to get the system up and running on your 5.0L F150. The R2300 head unit feature's Eaton's Twin Vortices Series (TVS) rotors that each have four lobes twisted at 160° that generates more power per volume than older Roots-Style supercharger systems. The rotors are powered by an 87mm supercharger pulley that can generate roughly 6psi of boost pressure and features a bolt-on design that makes it easy to swap for smaller pullies to get more power and torque. The R2300 Phase 1 Kit comes with Roush cast aluminum intake manifolds that drop into place of your F150's stock manifolds and allow the supercharger to dump its massive amount of charge air directly into your cylinders for instant, on-demand power and throttle response.
Comes with New Intake, Throttle Body, Fuel Rail, and Cooling Components
Along with the head unit and manifold, Roush includes a host of other upgrades that get your F150 working flawlessly with the Roush head unit. To supply the head unit with all the air it needs for operation, Roush includes a complete intake system with an open-air element filter and a larger MAF housing. Roush also includes a twin 60mm throttle body that provides more airflow into the supercharger than the factory throttle body to further improve peak power and throttle response. A complete heat exchanger assembly is included with each system that provides the head unit and manifolds with adequate cooling to keep charge air temperatures under control. Each kit comes standard with a new high-flow fuel rail, but no fuel injectors. This kit does not come with tuning, and dyno tuning or a suitable custom email tune will need to be sourced.
