The 2015-2020 F150s may be some of the most aggressive and capable trucks on the road, but you wouldn't know it from the way their stock exhaust systems sounds. That's why Roush Performance developed this aggressive F150 cat-back kit. Roush's Cat-Back is a complete cat-back replacement that deletes your F150's resonator and comes with a revised muffler that gives your F150 an aggressive and vicious sound that is bound to turn a few heads that's backed by legendary Roush fitment and quality. The kit's twin-side exit tips also change up the look of your F150's rear end, giving your aggressive truck both a sound and styling upgrade.

3" Diameter, 304 Stainless Steel Tubing with 304 Stainless Steel Tips

Roush carefully designed and tuned their F150 cat-back kit to deliver excellent sound with Roush quality that you can count on. Each Roush F150 cat-back kit is built around 3" diameter, mandrel-bent tubing that allows for smooth exhaust flow with minimal restrictions. The muffler was carefully designed to give your F150 a deeper and more menacing sound without creating excessive amounts of drone during cruising. The muffler and tubing are made out of 304 stainless steel that can resist corrosion and discoloration in most climates and applications. The twin tip is made out 304 stainless steel and comes standard with a polished finish and embossed "ROUSH" lettering. The cat-back installs right in place of your F150's stock cat-back kit, though will require some trimming for some wheelbase options.

2017 F150 5.0

This exhaust system sounds amazing! It has a deep, thunderous rumble combined with a sporty tone when accelerating. Best overall exhaust tone for the 5.0 in my opinion. 304 stainless piping is definitely a plus too. Beware that it is very loud! I've experienced some drone between 1800 and 2000 RPM. I've either gotten used to the drone or it may have improved slightly since the first week the kit was on - not really sure. Comparing it to some other popular exhaust kits, it's louder than the Flowmaster American Thunder kit I had on my old truck, but not as loud as the Outlaw or Borla ATAK. Definitely has a cleaner, more distinct sound than the American Thunder did. Despite it being a bit loud, I wouldn't pick any other exhaust. It doesn't let you forget it's there with a subtle rumble at idle and then sounds flat out mean when you hit the gas.

2017 Ford F-150 3.5 EcoBoost

Makes my twin turbo V6 sound great. Has a nice rumble to it when idling and lets everyone know when you're stepping on the gas.

2015 F150 3.5L Ecoboost

This sounds great and installed pretty easy. Depending on your wheelbase you may have to cut off some of the resonator delete pipe. I installed this on my 2015 F150 3.5L Ecoboost.

2019 f150 5.0 4x4

Awesome exhaust system! No drone what so ever! Would buy again. Will wake up when you want to be heard but be quite on long road trips. Could’ve been a little bit louder but otherwise perfect. 5.0
