Adds up to 2" of front leveling
Rear shocks handle up to 1.5" of rear lift
Drop-in replacements for factory components
Complete Roush Fox 2.0 Suspension Package
When Roush went looking for a suspension system to put on their very own Roush-made F150s, they turned to the suspension wizards at Fox and their 2.0 Front Coilovers and 2.0 Rear Shocks to seal the deal. This Roush Fox 2.0 Suspension System comes with a pair of Fox 2.0 Front Coilovers, a pair of Fox 2.0 rear shocks, and a pair of Fox 2.0 Roost Shields for the rear shocks and gives your 2015-2020 F150 of choice a huge improvement in both on-road handling and off-road performance. The front coilovers even provide up to 2" of front leveling which allows you to clear larger wheel and tire combinations and score some extra ground clearance for your potential off-road adventures. Both the front coilovers and rear shocks drop right into place of your F150's factory coilover assemblies and rear shocks, making the Roush Fox 2.0 System a hassle-free way to give your F150 the suspension performance that it really deserves.
Front Adjustable 2.0 Coilovers with up to 2" of Leveling
For the front of your F150, FOX gives you a set of their awesome 2.0 Adjustable Coilovers to replace the stock shocks and springs. The coilovers provide vastly improved rebound, compression, and articulation while still keeping your factory ride when you're on pavement. The coilovers feature adjustable ride height from 1" to 2", making them a great way to level out the front of your truck to get on bigger tires. They come pre-set at 2" of ride height to give you maximum leveling right out of the box. The coilovers have nitrogen-charged design with a 5/8" chrome plated and heat-treat shaft that's built for performance and reliability. These aluminum body 2.0 coilovers are wrapped in finely-tuned coilover springs that deliver a excellent performance.
Fade-Resistant Aluminum Body Shocks
Update your truck's rear suspension with a pair of FOX 2.0 Aluminum-Body Shocks that drop right into place of your stock shocks and provide improved stability and heat dissipation. Like the coilovers up front, these shocks are made out of 6061-T6 aluminum and use an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) design to provide improved response while handling up to an extra 1.5" of rear lift. The shock has an internal reservoir design with specially formulated oil that resists heat buildup for reduced fade. The shocks are paired up with a set of Fox 2.0 Roost shields that add some protection and longevity to your Fox rear shocks.
Fitment:
2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 F150 4WD.

These shocks are great, a little stiff but now the truck doesn't feel like a land yacht. I paired them with the BDS UCA up front and in the rear I added the Auto Spring add a leaf and removed the 1" factory rear block. The truck sits perfectly level measuring 24.5" from center of hub to top of fender. I was also able to squeeze 315/70R17 under it with some trimming. Overall, these shocks are great, glad I didn't waste my time with a spacer lift.

Extremely happy with this suspension, fox knocked this setup out of the park. The ride on the road is smooth and sporty, but not stiff at all. It cleans up all the wash you want out of your stock suspension system and tightens everything up. I knew it was going to be a good upgrade but I didn’t realize how good! I’m an avid off-road, I have a polaris RZR I ride weekly so I have a pretty good idea of how suspension are suppose to handle on and off-road and I have to say fox is absolutely killing it. If you’re thinking about it and reading this just buy it, now lol. It’s worth the time and money. I did install myself, I’m no mechanic and was able to fumble my way through it with stage3’s how to video. Took me a couple hours, with a couple tools. I went with the roush 2.0 over the regular because why not?? Roush does a custom tune for only a couple bucks more that’s already set for my truck so it seemed worth the money, and now that I’m driving on it, I can say it absolutely is worth the money! Thank you lou and chris for helping with everything, i have rims and tires coming my way this week that I look forward to putting on, and I’ll update pics as soon as I do! These guys are awesome, any questions they work hard to answer, and the customer service has been outstanding. I’d give them a 6 star if I could. Extremely happy customer guys, thank you for the quality service and prices! Also before I forget, I had a 2” level on the front before I installed this new setup, and I did before and after measuring, and the fox gave me an extra 1” on the front and about the same on the rear. I’m sure they did this to prevent sagging over time, whatever the reason is was nice to know I got a little more ride height for clearance and for my new tires!

The Roush suspension system is awesome. I was just going to put the front spacers for leveling, so glad I found this system instead. Well worth the money. Truck rides and handles better both on and off road. I had mine installed at the local 4x4 shop, took em a few hours. Leveled the truck up very nicely. Have already recommended to a few friends and would definitely purchase again.

2015 Ford F150 with HD towing package
Put this kit on a 2015 F150 with the HD towing package. After installation, it but the truck at 1/4" rake up front. Ride quality is definitely better than factory, and it handles the turns much better. I ended up reducing spring tension as well by 5 turns on the locking collar. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with the purchase.

Hands down best upgrade i have done so far. I was going back and forth between the Roush and the Bilstein 6112 5160 decided on the Roush couldnt beat the price from Stage3 and glad i did. Im sure the Bilsteins are great too but the Fox went in slick and noticed immediate improvement over stock. Totally transformed the truck way more planted andd stable over bumps very happy!

Will these fit a 2021 f150 ?
Asked by:
Jeremy
- 10/17/2021
According to Roush, the kit will fit a 2021 F150 if the front coilovers are lowered by 5/8" of thread. THAT BEING SAID, changing ride height on the Fox 2.0s is kind of a pain and requires a floor or wall-mounted spring compressor, and Fox themselves has not confirmed fitment on the 2021 F150s, and it's our understanding that Fox will be coming out with at least new coilover part numbers for the 2021 F150s.

Asked by:

This kit is not confirmed to fit the 2021 F150 Tremors. Secondly, they wouldn't really be an upgrade over your truck's current Fox suspension.

At max height, wouldn't the ride be stiff/harsh? Would it be better to use pucks and keep these at the 0 setting? I want a soft, comfortable ride.
Asked by:
lightfighter27
- 5/16/2021
In general, the Fox 2.0s aren't harsh at their fill ride height/out of the box ride height. That being said, if you want the softest ride possible with this kit, you feasibly could lower their ride heights down to a 0" factory height and use a leveling spacer of some sort so that you take preload off the spring while still getting a gain in height. However, 2.0s do tend to be a hint stiffer than stock, though we contend that it's not necessarily a bad thing which how much body roll and wallowing these trucks tend to do.

Asked by:
Mike
- 2/27/2021
We have no fitment confirmation on the 2021 F150s from Fox or Ford Performance. While Roush's site says they do, that seems extremely iffy from what we've heard about the suspension changes in the new truck.

What impact does this suspension system have on towing for a max tow equipped F-150?
Asked by:
AA-ron
- 10/10/2020
As far as GVWR and GCWR is concerned, absolutely none. The only potential issue as far as towing or hauling is concerned is that because the coilovers add 2" of ride height, you could potentially be nose-high if you're towing or hauling close to your maximum weights.

Roush by Fox 2.0 Suspension Kit (15-20 4WD F-150, Excluding Raptor) What keeps this from installing it on my 2014? Both bolt up the same. Thank you James
Asked by:
James
- 9/10/2020
Nothing. This kit will bolt up to a 2014 F150 just fine. The only issue is that this kit is tuned for the lighter 2015-2020 F150s, so you may not get as good ride quality and handling as you otherwise would. Secondly, Roush will likely not honor their warranty on components installed on trucks outside their rated year range.

It is not. The rear shocks included with this kit can only handle 1" of rear lift, while your average add-a-leaf kit adds 1.5" to 2" of rear ride height. If you want possible shock options that will handle an add-a-leaf kit, give us a call directly at 623-434-5277.

Is there really a big enough difference to get the Roush kit when compared to the other kit 14STAGE14WD? This comes with roost shields that are a $33 difference. So is the Roush “tuning” worth it?

Honestly, probably not. I haven't seen specs comparing the valving or spring rates or anything else between the two, but even if I had, I don't know how much of a difference it would make out in the real world.

So if the rear shocks allow for 1.50" of lift and stock rear blocks are 1.25", can i replace stock block with a 2.50" block for the rear with the 2.0 rear shock?
Asked by:
Josh
- 2/4/2020
Yep. You can use up to a 2.50" rear block in place of the stock block without issues.

Looking to level my F150 couldn’t decide between fox and the Rancho coil overs. Which would be the best bang for my buck?

- 11/28/2019
Your choice really depends on what you're doing with your truck. If you're not going off-road at all, then the Rancho QuickLifts and some 9000XLs will work just fine. If you do off-road or want to get more into off-roading, then you'll probably want to go Fox.

Whats the difference to the 2014-2019 F150 4WD FOX Stage 1 Suspension Package?
Asked by:
Rob
- 8/26/2019
The only difference is that the Roush system comes with
Fox Roost Shields
for the rear shocks. Other than that, they're the exact same components.

2018 F150 Screw FX4 stock wheels what size tire can I fit with this setup?
Asked by:
Craig
- 8/6/2019
At the coilover's max 2" height, the biggest we usually recommend is a 33x11.50" if you want to avoid any chance of trimming or rub. However, if you're willing to trim a bit or even cut out your crash bars, you can go a bit larger. Your best bet would be to call us directly at 623-434-5277 so we can get more specific with what you're trying to do.

Yep. This package is the same Fox part numbers as our Fox Stage 1 kit, but just has the added roost shields and a Roush part number.

Is this basically the Fox 2.0 stage 1 kit with the shields? Or is there a difference?

There is no difference other than part number and the fact this kit comes standard with Fox's Roost Shields for the rear shocks.

With this kit adjusted to its max lift height, on a 2017 F150 SCREW 4x4 sport, what size tires do you recommend for the OEM 18" wheels for NO rubbing and NO trimming. Also, will these cause extra stress on the ball joints and have bad angles?
Asked by:

- 4/27/2019
If you want to avoid all chances of trimming, you'd probably want to stick with a 33x11.50" tire or close metric equivalent. You'd probably want to stick with a 295/65R18, 285/70R18, or 285/65R18 if you want to be safe.

I am sure this has been answered before but will this fit a 2018 Lariat 2WD? I am looking to pair this with 18 inch wheels on 33’s.

This kit will bolt up to an RWD/2WD F150, though you will get slightly more ride height than what it's rated for on a 4WD F150. We also recommend installing either a 1.5" rear block kit or a 4WD take-off rear block to keep the shocks in a more optimal range of travel.

Will this kit fit a 2015 2WD?
Asked by:

- 2/26/2019
This kit will bolt up to a 2WD/RWD F150, though you will get slightly more ride height out of the front coilovers than what they're rated for on a 4WD F150. We also recommend getting a 1.5" rear block kit or 1.5" add-a-leaf so the rear shocks are in a more optimal operating range.

Will these rear shocks raise the rear height of the truck? I'm looking for a leveling kit.
Asked by:
Tony
- 2/24/2019
They will not. To add rear ride height, you would need a larger rear block, an add-a-leaf kit, shackles, or a complete leaf spring. You do need to be careful if you're considering this kit, however, because the rear shocks can only handle 1" or net ride height over stock.

That's going to depend entirely on how much trimming you're willing to do and what wheels you're going to use. You're best bet would be to give us a call directly at 623-434-5277 so we can get more specific about what you're going for.
