The F150 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost's factory intake systems get the job done, but they're definitely not the most efficient thing in the world. That's why Roush decided to overhaul your aggressive 2018-2025 F150 EcoBoost's air system with their awesome Cold Air Intake Kit. The Roush F150 3.5L and 2.7L EcoBoost Cold Air Intake improves intake airflow over stock by 25%, which helps your F150's EcoBoost V6 make new levels of horsepower and torque while also improving throttle response and fuel economy. The Roush Cold Air Intake Kit is a complete replacement for your factory intake and drops right into place of stock without the need for any drilling, trimming or permanent modifications to your F150. The intake even comes with a reusable open-air element air filter that saves you money in the long run and has easier maintenance than oiled filters.

The 2018-2025 F150 EcoBoost Roush Cold Air Intake Kit was carefully designed and engineered by Roush to deliver excellent fitment and performance results for your truck. Each intake is built around a open-air, conical air filter that features a larger surface area than stock to draw in more charge air than stock. The filter is paired up with a 105mm MAF housing and a complete inlet tube assembly that connects directly to your F150's turbocharger inlets to ensure maximum airflow into your turbos. The filter is protected by a full injection-molded air box assembly with a CAD designed lip so that it completely seals with your F150's hood to help prevent heat soak. The kit is topped off with high-quality EPDM couplers for all of its connections as well as all the hardware necessary for installation. Roush backs their cold air intake kit with a 3-year/36,000 mile warranty.

Fast shipping from Stage 3 as always. Nice intake noise and looks good under the hood. Can't tell if it made much of a difference but it's an intake so wasn't expecting much. But it delivers on a reusable filter and noise.

Easy to install (missing a few steps but workable). Took just under an hour of steady work. Really sounds good! You can hear the turbo spinning up! Love the sound and power.

2020 Lincoln Navigator L Reserve

Even though this intake doesn’t claim to fit the 2018-2021 Lincoln Navigator 3.5 Ecoboost, it fits perfectly and works as intended. Figured I would share that info since I took the gamble on the assumption that it should fit, and I am very pleased that it does.

2021 F-150 Supercrew XLT 3.5L Ecoboost

The Roush intake is amazing, let’s start with that. The noise even going through all 10 gears is amazing. Put it in sport mode, thrilling! The install went just fine, definitely recommend getting everything installed, the filter and bracket before bringing it out to the truck. The only issue was getting the filter to install on either side with the pre-drilled holes. I had to elongate one of them with a drill bit. I wish the clamps would have been better labeled to identify which go where but in the end I got it all on there just fine. Will likely be getting an MBRP race 4” exhaust at some point in the future!

2023 Ford F-150 2.7L EcoBoost

Fast shipping, great price, every thing as advertised. Can't tell any difference yet, but I haven't really got on it yet; still breaking it in, since I've only had it three weeks. Fairly easy install with directions from Roush, but You Tube video was more helpful to watch first. Looks great! Highly recommended.

2023 F150 Tremor Ecoboost

Very straight forward install. Strange that the intake doesn't already come with the holes for the intake sensor mount to be installed but it was still a very simple install. Not much in the way of changing the sound of the turbos or creating any sort of noticeable intake noise. SOTP feel is negligible, as well. I will wait for the truck to re-learn, though before I'm convinced.

I looked at these for 3 years before buying one, I am really happy with it. Noise under the hood is noticeable, also has a noticeable increase in throttle response/torq through out the entire power ban. Id had some road trips too since and i noticed a increase in MPG going 65-70 on the interstate.

That is correct. This intake fits both 2018 F150 2.7L EcoBoost models and 2021 F150 3.5L PowerBoost hybrids according to Roush.

With a proper install, this intake will not throw a CEL and it does not require tuning.

Now when you say you "cannot ship" to C.A.R.B. states. do you mean you actually won't ship? I only ask because I thought this was America and I have money to spend. Specifically, money to spend on this product.

Unfortunately, we will be fined by the California Air Resources Board if we ship items without EO numbers into California or other CARB areas. Roush will likely have CARB approval for this part number in the near future. If you're unhappy with the current state of affairs, feel free to exercise your rights as an American by contacting the Air Resources Board or the elected officials representing your area.

Will this item void Ford's extended warranty?

In general, a bolt-on cold air intake like Roush's will not effect your truck's warranty (extended or otherwise). However, all warranty decisions are up to individual service departments, and your best bet would be to talk to your service advisor directly about what kind of leeway they give.
