Highly Efficient Head Unit with Improved Efficiency and Power

The R2650 Phase 1 System is the next big step forward for Roush's supercharger technology. The Phase 1 System is built around Roush's latest-generation supercharger head units. The R2650 features a 2.65L internal volume, a 13% increase over the R2300 head units. The R2650 features Eaton's Twin Vortices Series Rotor technology which uses four lobes per rotor with 170° twists that effectively and efficiently pressurized air into your F150's engine through a set of Roush intake manifolds. The R2650 utilizes a front intake system with the throttle body mount right next to the drive pulley which provides much more efficient airflow into the supercharger's rotors than more standard rear-inlet designs.

The R2650 head unit is supported by a whole host of other modifications that get your F150 the power and torque it really deserves. Each kit comes with new intake manifolds and an air-to-water intercooler that cools the supercharger's air before it hits your engine's cylinders to help hit that huge power level. The intercooler's coolant is cooled by a front-mount heat exchanger with an extremely large surface area to help improve efficiency. Each Phase 1 Kit comes with a complete intake overhaul for your F150, which includes a high-flow air filter, new inlet tubing, a complete air box assembly, and an 87mm GT350 throttle body which all work together to provide the supercharger with enough air to make huge power gains. The kit comes complete with a new high-flow fuel rail and 56lb/hr fuel injectors to supply enough fuel to your motor. This complete Phase 1 Package comes with a voucher for Roush's tuning which can be downloaded using Roush's RDT Software and a compatible scan tool.
